Today I received a check from the insurance company handling my workers comp claim for reimbursement of mileage for driving to Dr. appts, pharmacy and physical therapy. Came about 3 days early and was more than enough to pay the rent this week.

But seriously, I just don't understand why people (mostly Christians) seem to think that it's appropriate to try to shove their beliefs down everyone's throat. husband in jail
my husband had got arrested two week ago with drugs charges n his bond is 600,000 im afraid my four kids wont be able to grow up without their dad. we been together for 13 years and married 10 i had my first child at 19 and we end up having 4 kids together i am very bless to have such a great husband, he is very caring and loving and like to do things for other. i love and miss him so much.My youngest one is 6 and he ask about him all the time. i am lost confused and broken

Job is jeopardized
I work in a hospital where I made a small mistake that did not hurt anyone. I signed the wrong doctors name on an order. It was sent to a compliance committee that questioned everyone involved. The doctor has twisted the order of events to cover himself and his nurse practitioner, which has greatly jeopardized my job. I have worked there a year, and was fired from my last job for reporting unsafe conditions. All I want is to go to work and take care of patients to make them feel better or uplift them when they are downtrodden .

My request is to pray for people who live in fear of the truth,and pray that people will admit their faults and be more just and mindful of everyone around them. Also pray that my job will be reinstated or send me to a better job! Amen. My mother passed away two years and I found this Angels on Earth magazine she would send to me. My nephew was accused of something he didn't do by his girlfriend who seeks to destroy him and put him away for good. My job has people in it who are talking about me to get ahead and make themselves look good. This is causing the teacher to lose "faith" in my ability to help teach. God has given me a special gift to touch and see behaviors in children/adults before anyone else can. In all of this our faith is being tested and the enemy looks like he is winning. I know this is not true.

Pray that the interrogationtape gets thrown out of court and not used. Pray my nephew is freed from this false accusattions and continues the Lord's work.(he has gone away from it). I want to say first, Thank You Pastor Carlson for checking up on me and for all of you that have prayed for me and my helath issues, my daughter and her domestic violence issues, and my two grandbabies about to be born in May this year. It has been a especially difficult year for me and my family, and without your prayers, I am sure,I would have sunk into a deep depression. Our family has two miracles of life on he way with baby granddaughters about to be born. This is the start of he light at the end of the tunnel for all of us.

My request is that you continue to pray for my daughter and her children who live almost 2,000 miles from us here in NY in Texas. I am questioning my faith
I lost my job 2 1/2 years ago and have been helping out family members when I can with what I can and they have been helping me with a place to stay and then back in August I got sick and have not got better since. I have no job and no med insurance so I have been praying for healing and strength so I can look for a job and try to live a better life. Then a few months ago my daughters marriage went bad and she needs a place to live for her and her children. I want to move with her and help her get on a good path. She is 2 hours away from where I am and I am trying to find the strength to drive there, find a place to live and get a job.

So my prayers right now are give me good health so I can be strong to help her out and find a job and a place for us to live. In Jesus name AMEN. Thank you God for still Loving me even though I have felt so alone lately and wasn't sure if you will be there for us.

My grandmother Thelma, is 102. She is mentally alurt but physically frail and in constant discomfort. She has lost her faith and I think this is what has made her scared of dying and obviously knows her days are numbered. She is saddened at the thought of leaving us and is acutely aware that each time she says goodbye to someone could be the last.

Please pray for her salvation. For her to have a very real encounter with our Lord and for her to be comforted with the knowledge she will go to be with him when the time comes and that she will see all her loved ones again when e get there. To ease her discomfort and give her pease.

In the last 6 months alone, he and his "pack" of friends have raised money and tangible items for over 50 charities and people in need. He has also established a Prayer Network named "The Power of the Paw" to spread positive energy and prayers for anyone who wants them. He is currently competing for the AMERICAN HUMANE ASSOCIATION HERO DOG AWARD. There are rumors that many are cheating to try to win. I am in a very bad depression having made some really bad decisions because of a condition called bi-polar and not taking the necessary precautions to avoid it. I am dealing with a spiritual situation that no one can understand but jesus. I am not clear about god's will for me and get confused. Spiritual Warfare
My husband died 5 years ago and since his death I have been in a battle with a huge number of members in his family for his money and all his properties. His family is now trying to strip me of the only thing I have left which are 2 properties with apartment complexs which I take care of myself and my deceased husband children. They are holding my half of money from a property the estate sold and forcing the bank to place these 2 properties up for auction by May 11th. This is where I live with my children and have no place to go. My lawyer is going to place an injunction on the bank so we can have time to gather the money and pay off the loan. The bank knows that money is available to pay but the lawyers are being instructed by evil people. They don't want me to get half of my husband estate, they are jealous and destructful toward me and my children.

I need you to pray with me asking God to stop the evil that is causing the bank to come after me in such a hasty and nasty attack. I need God to change the hearts' of the banker who are doing this to me and to shout the mouths of my enemies. I need God to release these properties to me and release me and my children money that is rightfully ours in the name of Jesus Christ. Job demotion with money worries.
I was demoted at work and my salary was cut tremendously. I have been unhappy with my job for many years. I have been working on my faith to believe that God has this all under control. How do I let go and let God. I struggle with this daily.

Decision making for my future mynistry
I have to make an important decision about my future calling in two weeks time. Right now I have my personal plan to move on elsewhere but my authorities wants me to me stay on and continue where I am for yet another term/period. I am undecided and really kind in a state of not knowing what to do.

Husband diagnosed with lung cancer
My husband has been diagnosed with 4th stage lung cancer that have matatsisas in his neck . Today he will begin radiation treatment. He is a strong 87 year old who on March 1,2012 retired.

Over the last 3 months I have been wrestling with questions regarding my faith and as a result have fallen to depression, anxiety and panic attacks which have so far disabled me from work and enjoying life and freedom which Christ has purchased for us. Grandparent's Job in Jeopardy
Job position suddenly in jeopardy due to bosses having just left company and though Admin Dept compliments my work for many years, still no guarantee because I used to cover for others but they say everyone now has backup - I just recently took on providing for my grandchildren who relocated from FL where they had difficulty in finding work and emotional instability from family breakup and already feel financial hardship with mortgage and extra responsibilities causing health problems from stress and worry at this delicate stage in life being I also depend on monies for alternative health care that health plan doesn't provide and I wouldn't be able to keep up.

Please pray a job opportunity opens up where I work, as well as partner's business opportunity opening up to repay equity loan from my mortgage, because I'm in early senior years and wouldn't have enough with unemployment and too soon to collect SSI so I can continue to provide while they are getting their lives in order.

My friend Esha is dying after a 7 year battle with metastatic colon cancer. She is currently under hospice care. She's fighting and does not want to leave her children behind.

Lies greed fraud win judgement in court case
My sister just lost a court case she brought against her step-daughter who with her late husband defrauded her out of a great deal of money. It is Not the loss of the money that I question. I question the sanction and approval of outright lies and fraud that was obviously gifted to this evil and very spiteful family.

How do I get myself to believe in good and not question God if something bad happens. I am sick over this. I truly believed truth would prevail.
Son believes in evolution & denies God
My son Nathaniel was brought up in a christian family and made a committment to Jesus at some point of his youth. He is 20 now and lives with his girlfriend. He now denies his faith and believes in evolution. He has agreed to read a book called Creation VS Evolution.

Prayer for my dear wife
I believe in Jesus that He died on the cross to save us from eternal death and give us eternal life. I have longed for the day when my dear wife would also accept Jesus as her personal savior. She belongs to the orthodox church. I belong to the evangelical pentecostal church. This difference did not allows us to worship God in one spirit. Today she told me that she lacks true faith in that Jesus died being God. She thinks that nobody would be capable of killing God. She needed prayer that she accepts this heavenly fact without any doubt that His death on the cross is true and that was how we are saved. She has asked me to ask you for a prayer in this matter.

Loss of my mother
my mother died on march 17,2012. I took care of my mother in my home for about 7 months. After 7 months we transfer her to a nursing home. I continued to care for her. I loss my job and home in order to care for her.I loved her and protected her like she was my child.

I know my preious mother is with our father. I pray every day for strength. I'm so tired. I want to leave this world. I know having these thoughts is a sin. I'm trying to hold on. pls pray for me.
Need to hear from God
Everything is going wrong, my Christian Fiancee is not well physically, I have been supporting her. I have a spinal condition am on powerful pain killers,I feel like I am tormented by a evil spirit, she has ended the relationship, but I still love her. On Thursday I had taken her for tests to hospital, had been working night duty the previous night and had no sleep, and she had become very anxious she had cancer, I had a word from God to tell her everything was going to be OK. I also had severe back pain and had to take powerful painkillers, they weaken my spirit. She told me she couldn't see me for a week and I was really nasty to her, saying really mean things. We both Love Jesus as our Lord and Saviour now she no longer wants me to have any contact with her. I have tried to apologise to her, but I am also feeling I have grieved the Holy Spirit. I have had wrong thoughts for a Born again believer and today I have been having a real battle, the enemy keeps attacking my mind telling me to take all my medication and commit suicide. I feel helpless and very lonely, that is why I feel I need the support in prayer from fellow believers.

That God will bring reconciliation between myself and my Fiancee. I ask that you pray for God to give my Fiancee Debra a special experience of his precence and peace from any negative things I may have said when I was angry. I want to marry Debra and for the two of us to serve God together, this is why I feel the attack is so great. father of my children is lost and needs to come to christ he trust in his own understanding not in Jesus christ. He thinks he isnt loved he doubts God he needs to be Saved.

Strength and Courage
At work my boss always makes me feel like I am not contributing to the development of the company, and that every other persons are so much better than I am. I would really love to get myself to focus and study so I can get a higher and better education. My son, I would really Love if he would listen to us as parents.

My Husband's Shaky Faith
My husband's faith in God is questionable. Out of the blue, he would say that the Bible was made just to fear and fool people. He does not believe that God can do something for us. He doesn't see our life as God's gift. Perhaps maybe he doesn't have a strong faith family background. I am a Catholic and only after 6 years of married life, I was able to convince him to be baptized in the Catholic church since he was not baptized with their religion.

Please help me pray for him, that he may welcome God in his life again. And that he may live and speak the true Christian way. I love him and I just don't wanna let him go astray. Much more he needs our prayer, he doesn't know what he's telling and doing. Our kids are already affected by his actuations. Please help me, I'm always praying for him.

Son convicted of a crime he is innocent of.
My son Jamie was convicted of a crime he did not commit. He has been incarcerated for 7 months and is about to lose his mind! He is close to suicide and feels like God has abandoned him.

He desparately needs prayer for peace and tranquility. We are trying to get him an appeal whereby we can get a good attorney and an innocent verdict at the next trial. He has always been a strong christian and never had a blemish on his record with law inforement until this. He is living in the most despicable conditions, words cannot discribe. Treated in a manner you wouldn't treat an animal. Please pray for Jamie!
FEAR
I was at work when I was visited by a stranger that I believe was a prophet of God. I felt the holy spirit as soon as she walked through the door, and began crying for some reason. She told me that I was not where GOD wanted me, she said I would be leaving my job and that I would save lives. I recently graduated nursing school and left it up to God to place me where he wanted me. I'm now working in an emergency department and I know it is where GOD wants me but I'm very unhappy and filled with fear whenever I go into work. I need STRENGTH and COURAGE to STAY where God wants me because I'm engulfed in FEAR and can't get away from this feeling that I'm not good enough and I just want to quit.

Previous request was for prayer for Flavia caught up in angel and fairy worship. She has separated from her husband, but they love each othe dearly. There is a sign of encouragement in that Flavia is beginning to wonder if she is mixing with the wrong people. Having given up their flat, she had a drem that they were living in a house opposite the one they lived in 4 years ago. This gives the hope that they will get together again. Husband Jamie suggested she reviewed situation after a few weeks. Praying that God will reveal the Light to her and cut her off from this involvement. Courage/Faith/Hope to be strong and trust God through divorce....
Fear terrorizes me as I try to end a 30 year marriage to a controlling and emotionally/mentally/financially/spiritually abusive husband. I filed a year ago (for the 2nd time) and am scared to death to move forward (again) as time runs out on May 1st with the courts who will dismiss my petition if I don't follow through. I don't have enough money to start this process over again! I agreed to get back together after a 6 month separation but only because I am so scared to leave and be on my own which i never have been. He just wants me home all the time and to cook and clean, that is my worth to him. I live in a prison. I work full time and he makes three times what I make! He demands my paycheck every pay day and gives me an allowance as though I am a child which doesn't last. I have given him $9,000 since January! I can't buy a thing after my money is gone, it's not enough to last. I have to ask for money to get things when mine is gone, and he makes me show him the receipts to proove I am not keeping it! After I filed for divorce and we separated he opened up an account and put all our money in there and doesn't let me have access to it. He said the only way he would is if I promised I'd never divorce him again and stopped the divorce. I can't bear to hand over another paycheck nor spend another day in bondage. I can't take a shower, wear an outfit, or put on makeup without his watchful eye. I have to explain myself and give him reasons for why I do or don't do something or say or don't say things and he constantly wants my appreciation for anything he does or gives me. I'm an emotional wreck. I need for the fear to be replaced with God's courage to help me get to where I desperately need to be. We have alot of debt and I pray I won't have to be stuck with 50% of it, I will go bankrupt while he will be able to pay anything off he is left with becuase he makes so much more than me. He will try his best to make me suffer any way he can, especially financially. I need to be FREE FROM THE CHAINS THAT BIND ME! I have battled this for the past 15 years and haven't been able to grow in my walk with God because he wants to be my God! He want's all my attention and devotion and worship. He says he loves me more than anything in the world, but this isn't love!!! Please help me.

That God go before me and prepare the way during my divorce and help me be at peace with the decision to follow through, that supernaturally I will survive this without having a nervous breakdown for I am a very sensitive emotional person and fear has me in it's grasp...I don't know how to stand up to people who mistreat me and take advantage of me and I need to be strong and stand up against the Giant (my husband) like David did! husband lost his job and the housing program we are in is at risk of us losing it
Well my husband did not have his renewal job authorization card and the job let him go. In the meantime, the housing program I am in is at risk of us losing it because he was not added on in time., we had separated for a while and he was living with his friends. When he came back I added him on and they said I should have added him on two months before i moved in.

pray that the job situation with my husband be resolved. that he get a job near by, and the rental problem be resolved. also pray for my husband salvation, and that truth come forth in my husband life.
Lord heal me through my faith
For some reason I believe that God hasn't healed me because of my faith. But I've read where it said that the lord heals us through our faith! I honestly believe that Jesus can and will heal all things but I just believe that my level of faith is the reasonGod has not taken these things away from my body. I praybdaily that he steps in and heals me, I cry out to him and I still get no reply I believe in him so much and I see where others on here are getting answered a day and weeks after posting their request but I have yet to see a change lord! I am facing a criminal indictment for a crime. I am scared, especially for my children and the shame I have caused them.

My prayer group and I were reading from Mark 6. The fellow noted how the chapter starts with people in Jesus' home town expressing next to nil faith and ends with folks in a town where Jesus hadn't been personally known expressing expectant faith.

Please pray God will increase expectant faith in my heart so I'll have a testamony to give next Wednesday evening about what the Lord had done for me in my situation.

I have lost virtually all that I owned---my nice home, my furniture, I have no income and am down to my last little bit of money. I've gotten deep into debt just trying to live---I have no job and because of this I got real mad at God. I find it hard to pray in faith about anything! I get mad at God and throw a fit and cuss and carry on like I never knew God. Because of all my loses I have no faith left with which to sustain my prayers---I've stopped, for the most part, believing God will ever help. Even though I know God uses these seasons in our lives to try us and even raise our faith, the opposite is happing in my life. I feel I just want to die and for all of my life to just get over with! I have nothing left to hope for---to believe for. I sense satan is attacking me constantly and right now I have a "don't care attitude." I hate being this way!

Please pray that God will make a way where there seems not to be a way, for me to believe again and I mean REALLY believe or my prayers won't work!! Yes, I know what the bible says about faith, but the attacks are destroying what little faith I had left.
Pregnancy
I have received a blessing from God... I am pregnant. My only worry is I went away on a trip and got the MMR vaccine while not knowing I was and that is a big no no when you are pregant cause it could cause the baby harm.

Son lost his faith
My 20 year old son has lost his way in this world and just keeps having hard times. He was in another accident tonight that could have been very bad but like the others it was just enough to hurt and send him to the ER.

My son Ayodele (iodel) has left the SDA church for a number of years now. As result he is not in touch with me. I have no idea whIch state he lives in right now. He will be 39 this year. He is so brilliant, it saddens my heart when I think of how God who made his mind is not able to use him to His glory. He is my only son. I want to see him in the kingdom.
