Today I received a check from the insurance company handling my workers comp claim for reimbursement of mileage for driving to Dr. appts, pharmacy and physical therapy. Came about 3 days early and was more than enough to pay the rent this week.

Job Interview on Wednesday, October 6th
I'm unemployed and I have a job interview at Secretary of State on Wednesday. It's close to home and I know that the ladies there would be nice to work with. My husband is also out of work. Right now he's the only one collecting unemployment benefits. My daughter was recently laid off from work too and her boyfriend needs to find work.

I pray that God would provide me with a good job with benefits and a friendly environment. I don't want to lose my house either. I would like to stay in the house that we are in now. My husband needs a regular job too. If we both had regular jobs then we could pay our house payment and stay in our home. Sorry if this is too much all at once. If I could just get a good job and keep it then I could pay some bills and not be bored at home all the time. Thank you for your prayers. In Jesus Christ name, Amen.
Both husband and myself unemployed over 1 1/2 years
Husband had trucking accident 2 years ago. Hasn't worked since. In treatment for PTSD and addiction (3rd time). Filed for disability x2, 1st time denied. Waiting for approval. I lost job after 13 years due to restructuring of agency I worked for. Search hours every day for work on-line and other ways. Had some recent interviews nothing. Lost my U.C. benefits 6 months ago. Husband coming to end of his 99 weeks. Parents (GOD BLESS THEM) have helped some financially but can't keep doing so. Fear of losing my home and everything I've worked so hard for in my life. Also have fibromyalgia and TMJ. Which both have been flaring up off and on. Stressful situation. Keeping my faith in the Lord. Some days just so hard. Won't give up.

That a much needed door will open for myself (the wife) for the right job. That my husband's disability benefits will come through quickly or that when he is home from 6 months treatment program (end of this month - Oct. 2010) that he'll find a job quickly till disability is approved, but still will work at something part-time. Also need pray for peace and serenity and for less flaring of fibro & TMJ. Thank you so very much.
Looking for at home work

Pray for me and my husband to get along and to cominacate better. I feel that he is ashamed of me because he is white & I'm black. I'm also 12 years older than he is. But he knew this from the beinging. When younger women come around I see him get their attention by talking real loud, about nothing, orlooking at me with complete disgust. this has caused some of the bolder women to get out of line. Sometimes I say something, most of the time I try to ignor it, but its very hard. Plesae pray for me to be delivered from this marriage. Youth Program Needs
Church youth group is in dire need of sponsors for a night for teens, parents,& parents with local Christian bands and speakers. By faith, this One Night is planned and is on the calendar for October 22nd. The Holy Spirit instigated this idea for this area. Any other programs like this are too far away for teens in poverty situations. Thank you, Jesus, in advance!

That those who hear in the area will call and sponsor, and those called will agree to sponsor. The cost of all advertising will be met with some left to give gifts to the speakers and bands.

I am a Traveling Hairdresser for Seniors--for many years, now because of breathing perm solutions for so long I have stressed the lungs and need to choose another source of income, very soon.

I would love a job at the library in my home town, 6 blocks from home, a job called 'pager,'or whatever opens up, starting at ground level and work my way up.

I had an emergency surgery. Even with health coverage. Everything was not covered and it has caused me to be in tremendous debt. Also due to up/down employment I have not been able to pay on my student loan and the interest has caused it to balloon out of control.

Lots of medical bills starting to pile up. Husband has RA, daughter has type I diabetes and has been hopitalized a lot lately. Taken out loans and credit cards (I know which is stupid) to get by, but I also thank God they were available when needed. Want out of debt and want to start living again. I'm recovering from a long period of taking care of my parents (mom died last year, dad is in nursing home now). During that period I incurred significant credit card debt. I'm a single mom. My 13 year old son has ADHD and serious emotional trauma from divorce and the loss of his grandparents. I need to be available to him for homework and emotional support more than the average kid would need. Friends of mine took me in this time last year so I could go back to school and get my feet under me again, so I have been blessed with protection from foreclosure. Now, however, they are ready for me to move out and I will be on my own financially. I was very scared at first, but realized that God has always protected me. So I have faith that God will protect me again! It feels so good to have this faith! My business is steadily growing and I am blessing many individuals, families, and small business owners with the identity theft and legal services my company provides. I know God will deliver me from my longterm financial difficulties and short comings. My health care business is in real trouble. THe lord had me leave a supplimental position to spend more time in ministry which ment bringing my own business back up. Times are hard but God is able.

New Book Publication of 18 yrs.
I wrote a book 18 yrs ago. A Christian Christmas Story..."The Night Before Christmas Has Come and Gone...Now What? I am a single parent and need additional income to help reach financial obligations. I have gone through possible foreclosure many time, and there are a few bills such as utilities, and outstanding Sewer bills that need to be paid. I need to pay a few outstanding financial obligations. I am in school to finish my degree in early childcare. I have an In home childcare of 10 years. I am looking to continue to teach God's children. However I need additional finances, and that is where the book comes in.

That is where the book comes in. I ask the Lord about a year ago how am I coming out of this financial situation of not having enough...and HE said I already have it. The only thing I could think of that was really special was in getting out God's word. so my request is that you pray the success in getting the word out. Pray that the book will flourish with the word of God, do as God has promised.

Nutshell: 21 years with my college sweetheart...17 of those married...however around year 12 he had started to change & started belittling me 24/7, mocking me, making fun of me, pretty much loathing my every breath. I stayed, tried to get him to go to counseling (the minute they'd say he was partially to blame, he'd quit going) it was all 'my fault'...I didn't clean house well enough, didn't do ANYTHING well enough...and pretty soon it became obvious he was starting to do the same to our 2 daughters. After staying 5 years longer than I should have for my own health (mentally & physically) my friend who is a Baptist children's minister said, "God understands. He sees everything, He is not going to be 'mad' at you if you decide to take those girls and get out. He'd rather see you, HIS CHILD, step up & get those girls to a safe environment and out of this toxic relationship.' So, at 39 yrs. old, having never lived on my own a day in my life, I filed for divorce. It is just about to be finalized. We've lived apart since May. I am a veteran teacher who has gotten caught up in cutbacks, so my career is for naught right now. I had a part-time job with the YMCA for summer, but the girls & I are right now only living on child support & the small monthly check I get from our church from working Nursery Sun. nights, Wed. nights, and special events... SO, the belittling and put downs have hit an all time high, both from the girls' dad AND his parents. (I have NO living blood relatives.) I'm at my breaking point. I am a devout Christian, but depression and hopelessness can overcome even the most believing. I have days where I wonder if I will live to make it through all this. I feel like I am dying a little each day, because I can't properly take care of my girls (12 & 6) the way they deserve...and my mental, emotional, and physical body are broken, sometimes I feel beyond repair. I feel like such a failure and I am terrified. I am having an almost impossible time paying the power bill, furniture bill, and buying any groceries...sad, when those are really the only bills I have. I pay rent for our small apt. the girls and I have. I don't know what to do. I cry all the time, panic attacks and depression and worry consume me, even though I know Christians aren't supposed to worry...but like my 'ex' says, "the Power Company doesn't care if you have faith or not, they want their money!" ***AND I AM SOOO SORRY I am not able to make more of a donation at this time. I can only handle sending $9 and I am going to have to borrow it from a friend...but I have heard my prayers might be deleted without sending something....I AM DESPERATE FOR PRAYER...I AM AT MY WIT'S END. When I get paid from the nursery at the end of the month I will send what I can. But it's hard when THAT'S what you need is enough money to get by and purchase food, etc. I hope you won't delete us for only sending $9. We had to file bankruptcy due to my ex husband's financial mis-planning...

I am begging for prayers to add to my own and my daughters' for a financial miracle in the form of a job...and also a relationship miracle in the form of their dad reforming his life to finally stop being so mean to me in front of them and just to me, in general. I own/operate a gift store and greenhouse. Due to the recent economy, I am in debt and may lose the store that I have worked so hard for.

Please pray for me and my family that we will receive the guidance needed to get through this difficult time.
Open a food/baking business
I have a God-given ability to cook & bake. I feel God is leading me to do this with my future: Either by baking out of my home or via a food truck. Unfortunately, my finances are extremly limited (recently single again)

To have favor with God; in order for the finances to open the cooking/baking business of my destiny.
stability in my finances, extra money to give to others in need
Due to unforseen circumstances (depression, disability, deaths in family, loss of relationships)I became destitute and used all my earnings for expenses and eventually lost jobs due to my disability. I currently am working at the YMCA with only 2 paid shifts.

Please pray for me to become more financially stable, help me attain health insurance at a low cost, help me earn 2-3 more shifts at the YMCA and enable me to start increasing the amount of income in my bank account.
Mortgage
We have come thru a bankruptcy last year and have totally revamped our finances. Right now we have no debt and have been working on being responsible with our money. We have been renting for 7 years and are now in a position where the owner wants us to buy the house we are in or move on.

Please pray that when we submit our mortgage application in the next few weeks that it will be accepted and we can buy a place of our own and be settled. Also pray for my husband to keep his spirits up during this time, he feels he is letting me down if it doesnt work out.
Need a more secure job.
Overloaded at work, unable to accomplish all that is expected of me. Charge, treatments, meds and all unexpected occurances that happen unexpectedly. No help because they are short nurses and DON who is only temporary and is a former full bird colonel in the military.

The Savasenior Care bosses see that their solution to their dilema is not going to solve their problem by hiring agency nurses. It just adds to the problem because things just don't get done. Agency nurse only do the problem at hand and don't get involved in the long term problems. Hire more permanent nurses with some kind of incentive for them to be there.
foreclosure
papers have been served eventhough we have been in constant communication w/mtg. company since the beginning.....the modification is under review..but no decision has been reached. but we were served papers anyway..Husband is an OTR driver right now headed into northwest canada....don't know when he will return!

for guidance to deal with the court system. answer their complaint correctly and attend mediation sessions. also daughther will receiver her divorce in indiana and moving into our house soon...with two grandchildren....praying god to provide.
Business is down.
I own a salon and spa and had to see some staff leave as they were not a good fit, but they took all the clients with them and our numbers are terrible!

My prayer request is that God bring us some very loyal, talented, hard working stylists with clients to help us replenish all that has been lost.
I lost my job
I was terminated from my job as a nurse yesterday.I feel it was unjustified and I am asking for my reinstatement, or financial compensation so I can maintain my health insurance and meet my share of the household bills until I can secure a proper job since this was so sudden and unexpected. I had open heart surgery less than 4 months ago, and have many other health issues.

I pray that God will direct me to what and where He wants me to be. As a nurse I have many skills that I hope He will use. There is nothing I want more than to serve Him and know that I am doing something for His cause.
My daughter Celesta
Celesta is an actress on the verge of breaking out big. Her success will change the lives of many friends and family in need of financial assistance. I pray that the Lord helps me to keep her grounded in her Christian values as she moves into the land of temptation.

I pray that todays audition for an ABC family show will reach the right eyes - the right hands - that will guide her to the right people. I pray she does extremely well on this audition. I ask that the Lord she her in her great faith she has - that no matter how many jobs she has lost out on, she still comes back in faith and askd again and again. He has given her a talent that we are so grateful for and we pray that through her celebrity she brings glory to Jesus for to whom the the glory belongs. PLEASE Jesus, the this audition be the one!
I need to pay off debts
I'm in the midst of multiple jaw surgeries consisting of bone grafts, implants, and the removal of all my upper teeth. It is to repair what was partly a malformation and partly injury due to dental work that was improperly done. It is very expensive.

I have run up huge debt on my credit card as my doctors want payment up front and my insurance only covers a minute portion of what is costing about 20 thousand dollars. I need a way to pay this off as well as other stupid expenditures I have made due to the overwhelming anxiety of going through this.
house to be sold on courthouse steps on monday
My son, Brian and his wife debbi,have lived in their home, paid payment on time and was struggling by.They purchased the home 18 years ago, both hard workers and believe in the death and resurection (sic) of Our Lord jesus. TYhey are good people and if they loose this house on Monday I just don't see thembeing strong enough to bare it. They refinanced after the economy fell in the pit, told they would have a lower payment (about 400 per month lower), From what they understood the new loan and everything, For the last 8 months they paid what the bank told them to pay, Bank accepted payment each and every month, Then they get a letter in the mail (it is now posted in the newspaper) that their house will be foreclosed on them and sold on the courthouse steps this Monday,

Please pray for this not to go throgh, that they escape this situation and are allowed to keep their home. I definitely believe in the power of prayer because I myself had a demon of alcoholsm that the Lord took away after praying "please Lord, don"t let me die drunk" I was hurting so bad, both physically and mentally. He answered my prayer and now (I should SAY Brian and Deb) NEED YOUR PRAYERS NOW! tHE TIME IS SHORT BUT i BELIEVE WITH ALL MY HEART THE lORD WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS SITUATION. We are losing our business, home, cars etc.
We have struggled to keep company afloat to the point that we are behind on everything. I have a fear of becoming homeless.

I request guidance to receive financial relief to save our home and business. I also request guidance for my husband to lead him back to church.
Need financial blessing
As so many my husband and I are struggling financially to the point that at times I feel it is tearing our marriage apart but we still love each other, prayer for each other and those in need and are blessed to still be hanging on but struggling is so hard and it has effected my health in so very many ways from worry and stress.

I just pray that God will open a financial door for us for peach of mind in knowing bills can be paid on time and also be able to help others and our church family.

been fighting cocain addition for 20 yrs and always trusted in my JESUS Christ and just nned that extra prayer.

Need a Job
I lost my last temporary job because I cheated by adding lines to my production sheet so I would not loose it. My supervisor found out and I got fired at the same time I was having an affair with a married man from work. I believe my disobedient to God' s commitments paid off. I am sorry and I asked for forgiveness. It has been one months since I lost my job and I in need really fast of a new job. I think I learned my lessons but I think God doesn't. Please pray for me to get a new job soon and for my forgiveness. My faith is in danger and I need The Lord in my life or I have nothing left.

Grandson stressing
Grandson is stressing over finances. Cannot seem to get ahead. He is married has two children and a stepchild.

Pray for his health, end to stress and some relief from finances.

Prayer to pass credit and background check & employment benifits
I recently lost my job. I am up for 2 possible employers. However, they do credit and background checks. and I have less then perfect credit

I pray the blood of Jesus over my credit and work referenses. In the mean time I also request that my former employer does not deny my unemployment benifits
