Today I received a check from the insurance company handling my workers comp claim for reimbursement of mileage for driving to Dr. appts, pharmacy and physical therapy. Came about 3 days early and was more than enough to pay the rent this week.

Financial hardship and making wrong choices in my life
I am a single Mother of 2 son's. I have made so many mistakes financially, and have hurt my father son finacially, due to me not being truthful about my finances. A memeber of my family has also been in trouble with the Law, which has also impacted on the rest of my family, including myself, which means I could lose my job, home and even the schools my children attend. My eldest son has not made any close friends at school, and this effects him, as he has no confidence amongst his peers, and as Mother it hurts me to see my son sad regarding this.

My dear Lord I pray to you and ask if you could please help me to resolve this financial mess I have got myself into, and to help me to be debt free, which will allow me to give back all the money I owe to my Son's father and other creditors, and to keep my home. I am so sorry for the hurt I have caused my Son's Father and pray to you my dear Lord that he will find it in his heart to forgive me, and to still want to be in his Son's life and mine. I also pray to you Lord to please help me to find away to keep my children in there current schools, and for my eldest Son to find his confidence amongst his peers, and to be able to make very good friends at his school and other activities he participates in. I also pray to you Lord to have the police charges that involve my family and myself to be dropped, with no charges held against us, and I do not lose my home and my job, and my family can all be reunited together again. And finally Lord may I ask you to bless me with a Man who will love me and my children, and who will also carry you in his heart too. Looking for a job
I lost my job a week ago. First time in my like I got fired. Quite devastating to say the least. We have a big mortgage and have put our house up for sale. I am diligently looking for work but at 60 and the high salary I was at it is not easy to find a job.

I ask for you to pray for us to be able to sell our house at a decent price and for me to find a job so we can live comfortably. We know we will have to change our lifestyle but we just want to not have to worry about finances.

I have been unemployed for 4 months and am the single parent of a child with disabilities. We are struggling to make it on a day to day basis.

I got very ill a few months ago right after I had taken my 17yr. old daughter for jaw surgery in U.S.A.since no help in Canada for her problem.She was over a year in suicidal pain. We received no funding from Government.Taking out an unsecured loan and approval for 50,000 was a miracle answer to prayer! for me a single mom without a home and collateral. Both worked for a Christian organization and one was left go so they could use an outside agency, the other was told she had the job, trained for the job and left go for someone with no experience but youth and beauty on her side! Sad situation with the new CFO.

Pray God opens doors to even a more fulfilling job where their talents and God given gifts can be realized. A better place than before, with benefits so they do not lose their home. They believe God will supply, but right now they feel they are looking into a dark never ending whole and they need to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Getting out of debt
Right after my daughter has an operation to correct a defect that she was born with our finances are under attack...our insurance will not pay and my 32hr a week job has been reduced to 15 hours a week. Our family is falling into debt.

I am separated and going through some financial problems. I tried filing bankruptcy but it was dismissed due to improper filing of paperwork by my attorney. I am now faced with trying to pay back over 75,000 in debt including a 2400.00/month mortgage payment. I have a 14 year old autistic son that I am caring for.

I got my car repossessed last April 1st. I stopped taking x-rays and mammograms due to two hand surgeries, a rt shoulder tear, left tendon tears in my left foot and then I have an abnormal EKG. I applied for disability through Hearn(attorneys) and whatever in san antonio texas and the hearing is not until June. The Doctors who examined me were so awful with the govt, one didnt even take all my meds down even for bipolar disorder 1 mixed. I got evicted and am moving .. Prayer helped me find 2 caregiving jobs, but not having a car has put me into insanity(many times) and all I want to do is drink and take a million pills but I dont.I dont make the money I used to and my one tooth is rotting I want to die cant take anything anymore. I live in PHoenix,AZ

I came to the US originally to do volunteer work in youth ministry. I had obtained a job as an engineer, and was laid off the beginning of December. I have 90 days to find a new job, or be deported back to Canada.

I was forced to leave a job where I was doing well, due to some severe sexual harassment. It was pervasive and done in a way that made me flea the state I was living in. I had a license to practice law in the prior state, but do not have one in this state. The only jobs I qualify for with my out of state license is a federal job. I have been out of work for three years now, and circumstances are dire. The federal attorney general's has an office in my hometown, and I really want to work for them.

Please pray that God answers my prayers and that I interview and subsequently, am offered a job with the attorney general's office.

I have been without a paid job for 9 months as my husband has seizures as a result of a brain tumour. He has been operated and has been doing well for 6 years, however, last year his seizures have come back but in a milder way. We moved to another state so as to access medical assistance easily and schooling for our second son and I was hoping to get a job, but so far it is difficult. I am a high school teacher. We are living on very little income. We have mortgages, bills to pay and it is proving very difficult to survive financially. My government allowance together with my husbands disability allowance is very little to manage efficiently. My invalid mother depends on me as well and I can't help her at the moment. I have rent to pay this week, and I don't have enough money to pay for it, as well as a phone bill.

Please pray that our family will receive providence, in particular finance to assist our family through these difficult time. Also pray that I will be able to get a job in order to provide for my family. Please pray also for my husband and his medical condition, as well as my mother who goes through depression as a result of her arthiritis and high blood pressure.

Everything is on the line.. Everything.. I have been praying for a financial miracle for months to free me from these heavy issues that I can no longer handle.. The stress of these 2 major issues are literally killing me and will destroy everything.. I can't stop having feelings of desperation and guilt and ending it all for the sake of others but life insurance wouldn't pay - um in too deep and I have nobody but god to help me now.. I'm an officer in the Nevada National Guard. In fact I'm the first black female officer in 15 years for the entire state. I have never received a bad evaluation in my entire military career. 3 years ago I started towards a commitment to give my life COMPETELY to the Lord. Well, November 2010 I received a DUI. I was already under stess from loosing my job March 2010 and preparing for. Deployment I believe was not meant for me to be on. The DUI does not have an accident or speeding ticket attached to it. I have just recently completed the state requirements and awaiting disposition. I have gne to God everytime I excelled in my military career. I refue to believe this is the end of my Military Career, however certain indivuals of the brotherhood wants to see me put out of the Army and me loose my commission. I pray that I'm given favor in the case and God opens the door so I may transfer into the Reserves and be wi placed with individual who will both help me Grow Spiritually and in my career to fulfill his will for me to counsel and lead his lost children. I would also like to add, I have not had a drink of alcohol since November 2010. Please come into agree with me, that not only will the devil give me back everything he stole from me and my family 7x fold, t but the Lord take me to the place where I can live out my destiny and prosper, grow stronger and bolder in loving him and his Word. My kids are Kindergarden age, and both have been enjoying going to church for over a year, and have expressed an intrest in going to a local Christian school (http://www.tcca-nh.com/) but it's prety expensive, and we are already deeply in debt and dodging collections calls and behind on out mortguage. My wive says it will bee about $6000 to send both kids next year plus books and uniforms.

I pray that God in his grace will help me to find the resources to provide this education to my children who are already seeking him in their youth. I am so blessed and unworthy to stuard such amazing children who are so desierous to know the lord, and I hope that Scholarships and donations and other resources will become available, not for me, but for my childrens education at this fine school. If it is the will of God that they should attend this school, then I ask that resources be provided, and Wisdom and tenacity be granted me that I may find, and persue them, and my childrens education be fully funded by the time shool starts.

I have a family and a ministry with a bible college in UK and abroad. Since I started the ministry (03/09) God instructed me to stop working and grow the ministry. I obeyed the word of God and from that moment I have gone into terrible financial problems. Yes the ministry is stabilizing though small. The bible college also in stabilizing and has stretched itself to other countries abroad.

My prayer request is a break-through in finances. 1. Ministry support demands are higher than I ever thought, yet God is the owner of all finances. Shall I give up ministry and be employed somewhere? Husband served 17 years in US Army; medically discharged; applied for disability; developed rare cancer and died in October 95; awarded 100% in November 95. Didn't know I was to get this benefit. Have been repeatedly denied; Have lost almost everything. 2 weeks ago got an unsuspected call from a VA rep that I have accrued benefits and need to apply; Today, the lady called back that I don't have any benefits. Very heart broken.

I just want to be able to dig ourselves out of extensive debt and be smart and careful with any new money that comes into our life...as I am 56 and my husband is 64, age is not on our side.

Please Lord help us help ourselves out of this deep financial hole that is taking it's toll on our family. So many people depend on us and if we can't help us then we can't help them and please don't let us sink. The job I worked at for 30 yrs closed down 3 yrs ago and after a year of unemployment I was able through the grace of God to secure another job but the pay is about 1/3 of what I used to work for and so i was unable to meet my financial obligations so I fell behind in my mortgage payments and my credit card payments. A friend has been helping out even giving me over $6000 to pay on the mortgage so I could stop the foreclosure I was treatened with but I need to be able to make my payments and not fall behind again.

Pray for God's divine intervention and his provision so that my debts can be cancelled and I can move from debt, lack and insufficiency to a place of more than enough.

I do not have a job and I am searching after spending lots of money for a college degree. There are few teaching jobs out there and I am really getting desperate. I feel like my life has gone in the wrong direction; that is, i feel as though I have left God out of the process. I am not please with the things I have done in the past. Ongoing battle with finances and health concerns
I've been in prayer more than ever lately for a miracle blessing of money to stop my bankruptcy and also assist with health issues. I am still working but there is several workers that refuses to get along with me. I can't understand their resentment toward me. They say very hurting remarks at work toward me and talk badly behind my back. One employee stated openly that she wish I was dead. I refuse to feed into their hateful remarks toward me at the work place. I keep telling myself that I love them and they really don't mean what they say against me. I go out of my way to maintain a peaceful environment at work. My friends turned their backs on me, hurt me and stolen from me when I was at my lowest in my life. My So-called close friends walked away from me when I need a friend the most to talk too. My Spirit is strong against all my obstacles that has arised in my life. I just can't see the rainbow these past few years. The bible says that pain only last for a season. This has been the longest season ever but I will wait for my blessings and I thank God for all the Blessings He has given to me, Plus Blessing to come. I am Thankful to My God, Christ and The Holy Spirit.

I am working temp job right now with no benefits, long hours, and it sucks all my time up and very far from my home. I cant participate in my kids activities at school or even get off to take them to doctor. I will get fired if I am absent 3 or more days.

I had surgery on my hand and I am still weak in that hand and I am not sure I will be able to do the job I was doing (not my career job, lost that job but thankfully got a job,w/ low pay. Now my credit card amount has piled up due to Christmas and off work.

My lovely daughter's wedding
My only daughter is marrying the man of her dreams. God knows what we need. They are followers of Christ in the most blessed sense of the word! My husband and I have fallen on hard times and have promised our daughter this beautiful wedding. We are finding that our hard times are not mending no matter how hard we are working in our jobs. I need help to find a way to offer my only loving, Christian daughter her wedding. She has never been a person to be in the limelight and never had birthday parties, graduation parties, etc. because of her humble heart. I need to leave my current situation which is not providing me with sufficient money to survive on nor am I receiving recognition for the job I'm doing. Additionally, there is a great deal of favortism which is affecting my performance.

I got a divorce recently my husband just did not want the marriage anymore, he said I prayed to much, my son and I were homeless for a while and we are getting back on our feet, I have a car and the dealership is trying to say that i owe more than I actually do, I think his is because I am very close to ownership come this April 2012, And this is the only transportation my son and I have, to go to church, grocery and I pick him up and drop him to school and this is my way to work, I also help others out with a ride when they need it.

I am on unemployment benefits. I had prayed and asked the Lord where else do I call, I do not have anyone else. I subscribed to and I am receiving now the Express News and I found a list of Catholic Church Schools that I could call to see if they needed a Pre-K teacher. None are hiring now. I would like to find a job at church. In my church, they will hire prayer warriors in different shifts for on 24 hours there will be prayer at church all the time. I already sent in the cover letter and resume.I want to be one of them. i am believing the Lord for a new pair of knees as mine are in pain and I believe He has healed me. My son Daniel became agnostic, although he was raised in the Baptist church and went to Baptist School here in San Antonio.

Pray that people that requested my job information is satisfied with it. Pray that I have favor with the church and they may hire me. About to be homeless
I was told by landlord that i had to move because he is changing the building. I am ok with that but I need time to save the money for moving expenses and find a place. That was about 3 weeks ago and I still have not found a place. Now he trying to make me move right now. I have no place to go.

I need to find an apartment close to work and in my budget and have the time to do it and the money to move and to be accepted to the apartment within the next 2 weeks. I need a miracle. I have bad credit because of med bill and 2 utilities. I need urgent financial help.I am desperate.

We are just trying to hang in there like many of us are trying to do to get by. I have been unable to work for years fibromyalgia and more and waitng on disability. Stop foreclosure on 2/7/2012
I have a childcare center in a low and underserved community. I don't have enough paying children to pay the mortgage of $6,000.00 per month. This has been a challenge in the community because the funds does not come in the community to help the children in preparing them for Kindergarten. Therefore they will continue to start behind and stay behind if they take this center. My children leave ready to learn and it seems to me the state will spend more money for jails then education. The state withhold funds from these underserverd communities. I read Psalms 41 before but last night I turned the television and a pastor was talking about Psalm 41,saying that God will bless them that consider the poor and help them in the time of trouble.

Please pray that I will receive providence in saving my childcare center (Tara Christian Academy)in this difficult time. I am helping the poor. (Psalm 41). I am set to be forclosured on 2/7/2012, because I can no longer pay the mortgage, families can not afford to pay and there is suppose to be a freeze on funding early childcare. The children will suffer most because there goes their early start in education. The key is quality in early education in preparing our children because they can learn. Me and my wife have rent arrears £2,900. We were sent a warrant for the bailiffs to evict us on February 14th this year 2012. I have other financial problems, but keeping a roof over heads is a priority. We have a court hearing on February 9th for them to stop the eviction, and give us time to clear the rent arrears.

Hi,I have been the victim of credit fraud $17,000 worth and my rent was due yesterday and my benefits check will be delayed for 7-10 days and my landlord will charge $70 in late fees plus 10 for every day they wait for the money. They will not give me any consideration.
