Today I received a check from the insurance company handling my workers comp claim for reimbursement of mileage for driving to Dr. appts, pharmacy and physical therapy. Came about 3 days early and was more than enough to pay the rent this week.

I wanted to thank you all for all the prayers you have sent up to our savior. My husband was very sick. I took him in to have surgery. Soon afterwards they came back into the room loudly saying we don't operate on people who have nothing wrong. He was healed, praise God!

Clarity for the future
God's plan is for us to be in Minnesota and I am praying he leads me to my next career or makes the path available for me to go to school. Uncertain if I should stay in my current field of work or go into something else.

my son recently volunteered to admit himself in a rehab, i am afraid the facility we chose is not for him. he is more depresed there is only three people in a 30 bed rehab, run by two elderly adults. 90 yrs and 78 yrs.

i applied at a different facility based on christianity i am waiting for approval so that we can transfer my son to a better place. my son is 19 yrs. he needs strength and hope, he needs the lords counselors to help him through our father in heaven will for his life. he has seeked god, reads his bible asked for forgiveness he is holding on but he cries alot in this place he is in. please pray for his salvation. thank you a i am his mother.

Going back to school
I am asking for prayer in my descion to go back to school fulltime to obtian my nursing degree. Im a single parent and am praying that i made the right descion. I was in a relationship for 2yrs 4mo. I tried my very best with everything in me to show how much I loved this man. I got i return verabal, mental, emotional abuse. I tried so many times to tell him he was hurting me. I lost 2 babies with this man an he was emotionally supportive I guess he didnt care because he had kis an i didnt so I hurt me even more. He emailed me an told me I was someone you hang out with, have fun with, or I could be a good Mistress when I never was in the street but carried myself like a married woman. It hurt me to core .

Son Kyle is a U.S. Army Soldier
My son Kyle joined the Army 1 year ago. He just left for Ranger school this past Sunday Oct 31st 2010

Please Pray for my son Kyle's successful completion of Army Ranger school. It is a very intense program. Also pray for his protection and safety as he deploys this upcoming April. He is nervous and anxious about going over there due to us losing 7 lives a day! All GLORY to GOD! Thank You!

Amber Jakubisin will have her baby Kaysain this coming monday 11/8. Doctors will have a heart surgeon on hand for Kaysain. They believe Kaysain will be down syndrome.

my nephew and my finance
My nephew is a loving kid. but he hangs out with all the wrong crow. i just found out that he is selling drugs not going to school and smoking. it breaks my heart. i pray all the time for him to prosper in Christ and that God will keep him safe. I am runing really tired and the money is scarse lately.

My mother recently passed,friends and family were beleiveing for her healing, and it did not happen, I am sad and depressed, she was my best friend. I also lost my job, and I need to find a new palce to live,but I need finances to pay the rent for the place I found that will let me keep my pets that I like the rent is 250.00 more than what I pay now

I want a new good paying job, that I can keep until I decide to retire, and a new wonderful place to live. I want good positive relationships, and good health.
Move a mountain
My wife and I bought a double wide mobile home a year ago,and was intended to have it moved to the property we live on!My wife and I haven't been able to come up with all the money we need to move the home and set up,and get our property caught up on payments!We both work,but struggle from pay to pay,and we do not live above our means!So we have paid high light bills,and utilities,and just enough left over for gas to get to work!We really need the means to move this home,we need the space,for we have 2 grandchildren,and another due in December!And our daughter and her husband and baby's will need to stay with us for a while!And most of all,my wife and i have never had a decent home to live in 25 years of marriage,I want her to have her dream home,while we are still somewhat young,lol!

My prayer request to Jesus and God are,please help us get the money we need to catch up our property,and the money to have our home moved on the property we live on,and would like to have it here and set up,by thanksgiving,so we can have our extended family over for the holidays!!!Thank you Jesus!!!
Child care
I teach part time so i can be home during the day with my little ones. I have been having a babysitter,a past student of mine come to my house in the mornings to watch my 2 yr old and 8 month old. It's early like 6:30AM. She is moving to Michigan after Christmas. I am really, really trying to avoid daycare because of price and many other reasons.

PLease pray that we will find a babysitter that we know and trust with our kids that can come to us so I don't have to travel at 6AM on icy roads with the kids. THat GOd will provide us and lead us to a girl that is patient and good with he kids and will find the extra cash a blessing.

Lost our place to live
Moved to anther city to stay with a friend to take a job. Been here working 5 weeks, found out today the bank forclosed my friends house, he is unemployed, cant find a job, and now lost his place to live. So we are both looking to find a place to live.

I am moving my son and I from Alaska to Phoenix and I have very little money. I will vigorously look for work but I do understand the economic climate of the world today. I'm scared but I have to move on at this time. I do own my own home in Phoenix and I have excellent credit. I'm just petrified of not finding a job and not being able to take care of my family.

I would like to be lifted up in prayer that I may find employment when I transition to my new life in Phoenix. I want nothing more than to take care of my family and live a grateful life no matter what that obstacles. Thank you so very much!!!

I am being treated unfairly on my full-time job. The supervisor has been riding me since 10/07/10, a with write-up that contained false information and a 6 month review received on 11/04/10, where she basically cut and pasted the same info from the 10/07 memo. I was able to get a co-worker to write a letter of support on my behalf, which disputed some of what she was saying about me and my relationship with co-workers. The supervisor does not even see me because I work over night. However, a co-worker that does not like me has told a bunch of untruths to the supervisor and the supervisor believes her! I have documentation to prove my point, however, I am tired and do not want a battle. I just want to be rescued from this situation! and Blessed with a new and better full-time job!!

In Jesus name! I claim victory over my situation and I pray that God will bless me with a wonderful new full-time job that has good income to meet my financial needs. I also pray that my fiance will pass his CDL test which is scheduled for 12/1/10. He was not successful during the first attempt, although he has the skills, he got nervous and panicked. He is a good God fearing man. I pray that he will be able to get a good trucking job and eventually become an owner-operator. I want to get married hopefully by the end of this year. We have been through so much together! I pray that we will continue to grow and prosper together in Jesus name. I pray that we are able to purchase a home and have at least one healthy, happy child! A client of mine who is 100years old wanted me to do something for her and I told her that I could'nt so she was upset,she had aportable heater in her room and it was over heating ,I reported it to the night matron which made her upset so she told her son I was stealing from her and he reported it to my supervisor who then told me not to work until further notice so he can investigate the matter.

Victoria and School
The school my daughter and son is growing fast. They are adding a new 2nd grade class this next week and pulling five students from all of the other 2nd grade classes to make the new class. My daughter Victoria was one of the 5 from her class selected to move. Victoria is very content with her teacher and friends in class. We had requested her teacher Mr. Devine because he is a positive male role-model for Victoria while her Dad is in Afghanistan. She has already expressed how upset she will be moved to the other class. Tomorrow I will be going to talk with the principal to ask that Victoria be allowed to stay in Mr Devine's class. I God's name I already have prayed and asked God for favor. But I am also asking for prayer for Victoria and I that we will be given God's favor in the situation.

Please pray that Victoria will be able to remain in Mr. Devine's class with her classmates, and that she will accomplish above and beyond academically and socially. That she will always know the comfort of God now and always. For husband and family during this time of separation that we shall be comforted by the holy spirit and find favor in all that we do. Do not know how to age
I always hang out with people very much younger than myself because I guess I worship youth. I only discount my issue because in USA youth is pushed always and "we" are all affected by it I think. Millions are spent on useless cosmetics and surgery to create a lie. It is just so hard to change this because it has been drilled into my brain for 40 years with MTV and all that.

I need to "hang out" and relate to people my age. The Lord, who does not care about age, wants me to do that. Help me realize that age matters not to Christ.
Immediate prayer for a Miracle
My dear friend and father-In-Law of my daughter has had Cancer and seems to be getting worse. He and his wife have been faithfull believers and have kept John alive for 8 years. We were hoping for a miracle for all that are watching.

That a miracle would take place in the body of John. And there would be a peace about it for all. We would like him to see his new Grandson who will come out to see him in California the middle of December. His body seems to be getting weaker. New Home
Livig in a threebedroom house with seven children and 3 adults. The house has 13 steps with internal windows very unsafe waiting for transfer. Have 4 children under 4 and they often have accidents . Waiting for over two years now still no house.

Pls pray for us so we can get a new home soon for the sake of my children. We really need a bigger huse and I believe only God can give this to us because I have tried every other ways I would also like to say thank you for all your prayers that my Grandmother's sis' health is getting better

I lived in a very abusive household most of my life. I am 32 years old and my parents both died four years ago, two months apart. I am the only child and was never close to other family members during really important years of growth. I am finding myself daily wanting some new friends and a new life.

14 months ago involved in fender bender. I had a glass of wine and was charged with dui 1st offense which is a misdameanor. however, because other people were involved i was charged with wanton endangerement which is felony. i am a rn and if convicted will lose my license and job which will make my husband and four children suffer.no one was hurt and i have certainly learned my lesson

that the prosecution will drop the wanton endangerment charge down to a misdameanor.

6 year old son hurts
a few months ago I submitted a prayer request that my son needed strength and guidance from the Lord on his ways of hurting people and impulses. He is much better now, thanks to His glory and the love and power of prayer. However, he is still impulsively doing it around once a week. He is complaining now about everything and wont put others before his own needs, as the Lord would have us do in times of crisis.

Please Pray that Seth hears the voice of the Lord as he is obedient in his prayers to Him. Seth understands that Jesus is his salvation. I have overheard him in prayer when he says he loves Jesus more than his mommy. Please pray that ?Seth understands that the Lord is good and requires more than just this prayer, He wants us to love one another. I Need Prayer For My Family & Myself
I've been very sick. Hospitalized 13 times in 8 months time and had several surgeries. I'm on the mend thanks to all the prayers for me. But we are still under a lot of stress with financial burdens. I can't work and my husband can't find a job to support us. It makes me very stressful with all the bills due and no income to pay them. Stress is one of the things I need to stay clear of. I finally had to let my pride go and try to get help. I signed up for Soc. Sec. Disability, Emergency food stamps and went to the food bank in our area for the first time. I am so Thankful for all the caring people I ran into that day and the ones that made it all possible.

My request is for all of the prayer chains out there to pray for our family and stand on faith with me that this will all be answered in our prayers. My adult son is also in financial straits. I cant seemed to get a job and have REALLY been trying.

My last tax paying job was Feb/2010. I was a department manger of the lawn & garden Dept. A man I worked with was always doing something perverted or wrong and I would try to ignor it. I had reported him a few times but to no avail did anything happen. One day in Febuary Of 2010 I walked in got my coffee and made my rounds to say good morning and check to see what had to be done for the day. I passed by this young man and said" Good Morning, how are you?" He just turned to me and started talking nasty and saying gross things like he always did, so I walked away. Later that day someone had aproached him on some of his personal behavior and he got mad and took it out on me. I was grabbed by the neck, thrown into a rack of clothes and and cut on the face. I did nothing but hold my arms out and let it happen. This all happened in front of store manager and, of wmom I had told earlier about his behavior that morning. She did nothing!!! After I was attacked I walked out of the store and went home. This was not the first incident that occured there. A few weels prior, I was on my lunch break and watched a 14 yr. black male comes in and goes straight to the ammo section. (which is NEVER locked up) Now me being a member of the NRA and no you have to be 18 to purchase anything related to firearms. This young man knew I was watching him and so I followed him thru thru the store. He was trying to steal ammo. When this young man got to the door a voice was so strong and loud in my head that I could not ignor it. It told me to follow him. I did. Just as I rounded the corner of the building I see this 14 yr old child pick up a hand gun from the bush's. I ran to him and told he wasn't going anywhere. I had my cell phone on me and called the police 3 time to get them there. I talked with this young man until they came. I could tell that he was on a bad track.. We talked and @ first he tried to blame me following him on him being black. This kind of thing really angers at times. I told him "No the reason I followed you is because you had no buisness in this section w/o and adult" and I thought he was carrying this pistol on his left side when he entered the store, turned out to be just holster. The gun was outside. That store never locks its ammo up. The police finally came and took the young man away & asked me if I would make a statement. I did, 3 days later the dispatcher recieved accomidation for that incident, I recieved nothing, not even a thank you from my own community. While I was filling out the report the officer came and told me this was the 2nd time this child had been caught with a hand gun, the first time he had been violent with it. It seemed that the powers that be for that company did not want me there in that store anymore, I know it was God talking to me that day and the day I was attacked. After these incidents occured I was fired. They contested my unemployment and they won for a while I appealed and won my appeal by five of the judges who oversee all those cases in Il. I took it back to the unemploymeny office, & they told me they had never seen in all their years there all 5 judges rule in favor of the employee. I told the truth and it took a while to find it but it came out. I found a little work thru some of my customers who came in and looked for me. His name is Taffey Heleney. A very well to do man of whom I have the upmost respect for. He had made a lot of money in his life is well respected. He has fallen ill sadly to say. I havent worked for him in a while because he is too sick and I don't want him worrying about me. I have put in soooooo many applications and Im getting down. I stood up and did the right and I feel as though Im being punished or something for it, not by God but something else. Please pray for me to find what I need soon. Im sorry if this bored you. I don't normally ask anyone for help but I need help now. Im 40 and and realy need you prayers help. I thank you all. I was asked if I wanted to return to my former school to begin working again. I have been laid off, I want to go back, also I need a new place to stay, if I return to work I will be able to move, I was accused of breaking into the home downstairs and stealing a picture, picture frames, hair color, a pillow case and a skirt, all of this is not true, the lady is elderly 86 and I beleive that she is losing, or misplacing items, but it is now very uncomfortable living here, I need peace. In the past few months I've been dealing with the death of my mother, loss of my job,my father going in the hospital for a mass in his jaw, and now this.

I want to return to work, making the same salary or more than before. I want to move into a new apartment, that is affordable. I want my father to be healthy again, and the lies to stop and the truth about the missing items be known.

Having to move after 30+ years
My brother sold the properties in which 3 of us siblings have lived in for more than 30 yrs. New owner has not asked us to pay rent because he wants us to move soon.

I am requesting more time to pack and get ready, possibly 4 or 5 more weeks for myself and 2 other siblings, to move. It's been difficult for us after losing our mother and now having to move from her properties.

i am not sure where to start, My name is Tristen Mudd, I am a 20 year old sophomore here at Mizzou, and I am a Latin/Music major, and a physical therapy minor. I work in the healthcare field right now helping people who have disabilities. I work 60hrs a week, plus go to school full time, and i am involved with my fraternity. Being 20, i am already married, which people think is strange, but i never was more confident about knowing i want to spend my life with my wife. I come from springfield, mo, and i have grown up in and out of church. When i was 10, my mom became an athiest and told me there was no god, then when she got off drugs she became christian again. We went to a church in springfield called life fellowship for 3 years. They were the best 3 years of my life, i was never closer to the lord, the pastor Dave boyd, connected to me on a level i had never experienced. I was in love with god. But as always in my life all good things come to an end, and so did this. Dave had had an affair with one of the female leadership members, and the church banned him from comming back. This hurt me real bad, this was not how i thought church was supposed to be, and i quit going. That lasted for about a year, I started hanging out with people i was in a band with, started smoking weed, drinking and even occasionally using cocaine. It was a bad time, and i was really hurt by what my church did to a man who helped me form the closest relationship with god i had ever had. Then finally, i contacted a pastor, Jeff clark who runs spirit life church. I wanted to get back to right. It took me 2 months to convince my family to go, and when we went, i felt something i hadn't felt in a long time, love. I went for about 3 months, and grew as close as i would let myself get to these people, i was still holding back cause i was scared to be hurt. Then about a week before i moved to come to college, my mom who had always been somewhat physically abusive, punched me in the face and called my at the time girlfriend a bunch of bad words. so i walked outside and she locked me out of the house with my keys in my room, and i slept outside in the rain till i could get my keys in the morning. The next day i took off in my car, and tried to email and call my new pastor, and he ignored me, never answered or replied back to me, even when he was on facebook, i then tried to get ahold of my old pastor and the same thing happened, i was abandoned, i had no one, i was hurt once again by people i had come close to. I think ever since that time, i have put up a wall, I have not gone to church since, i have watched and listened to a few online services, but have always put up a wall. Im ready to come back, im ready to feel the love of god again. I am ready to feel the love of people who love me too. I thought i could get it from my fraternity, but unless it involves weed or alcohol, they dont really wanna be close, Then i have tried talking to my mom who still attends the last church, and she has been telling me that the reason i am sick all the time, the reason i am depressed, and the reason i hurt is because god is mad at me, i know its not true, but its my mom telling me this. Unfair Labor Practice Lawsuit against my employer
I was treated very unfairly at work. I filed a grievance about it. I was then singled out at a training meeting as retaliation for filing the grievance. I am under a great deal of stress. I have a hearing to determine if I was treated unfairly.

Please pray that the determination is decided in my favor. I have been praying and trying to find scriptures to give me hope that the Lord defends and shows favor to those who love him and obey his commandments.

I feel so overwhelmed, my son was an addict for 17 yrs, of meth and heroin, he's in 4 yrs recovery now.Worked at Rehab,going to school, to be phys. therapist.middle daughter doing great,pediatric nurse practitioner, two babies,husband pediatric oncologist, youngest was alcoholic, then got sober, fallen off the wagon, is in AA, doing steps w. sponsor.she has two beautiful little girls 2&4.Christian husband beat her,she left, the girls don'thave a father, my son is leaving to go live w. and by her family to help out, middle daughter and hsubannd have helped so very much. For six years, my wife and I have put on an All-American Bowl Football Game so that we could highlight and promote high school football players that have been forgotton and have fallen through the recruiting cracks to most of the college football coaches. My father recently passed away.My mother is getting up there in age & her health is getting bad.My 28 yo son is in prison .I am 47 & lost my job (mainly due to my arthritis & depression) & am loosing my house soon (will be homeless).My unemployment is running out in about 2 months.I am suffering from severe arthritis in both knees, depression & anxiety. I have no health insurance & cant get treated for my health problems.My furnace is broke ,my water heater broke. I live in michigan with no heat or hot water.also my washer & dryer are both broken.Every week something goes wrong for my family. I just feel like I can't go on anymore in life. Helen has significant health troubles:Lime disease,fibromyalgia,and environmental allegies. Over the last few weeks, she has been too sick to get to her doctor. Meanwhile, a gov. agency has been demanding a report from the doctor, to determine if she still qualifies for disabilities assistance. She is currently in a motel room.

My request is that this frend of mine will be able to get to the doctor before the Gov. agent "closes the book" and denies any further "disabilities assistance" Of cource, God can resolve the situation in a different and greater way. My prayers are simply that my friend be helped and Divinely strengthened in God's path way for her.

Recently I was the victim of rape. I feel so lost, broken, hurt, disgust. I feel at moments as if all is lost, My depression gets real bad. I sleep all day, food is disgusting and hard to keep in I want nothing do nothing and nothing seems to make me happy, its almost as if im dead inside. I was not like this I had joy, love hope and although I have tried praying on my own I feel blocked and trapped. Im scared alone sad and I cant seem to get a grip on myself to pull myself out of this. It been real hard. Please pray for this evil that has attached itself to my heart that wont let me feel thats killed me to let me go so I can live again. Im a full time college student and I cant afford to fail my classes im so close to graduating yet now it seems so far. If I cant get the Lord back into my life I do not see how I can make it. Rape counselors cant help till late December, fam can only do so much, im alienating and pushing away from friends and family i feel like such a burden. And now I feel so alone. I have been struggling with pornography for years as I have matured I notice my addiction has not been as strong, but I am still not completely delivered from it. In addition to pornography, I engage in masterbation which I know is sinful and wrong. I want to completely give this over to Jesus and submit my life entirely before him. I don't want to live a double life anymore.

My request is to be completely delivered from pornography and sexual sin completely by the new year, I also request that if it is God's will that He may bring a Godfearing woman who is family oriented, ambitious, beautiful inside and out and nurturing into my life. Lastly, I would like to request that you pray for my sister faith and closer relationship with the Lord and financial well being. i am a single father of a son. his name is connor he has a condition called diabetes insiptus. it's like diabetes but instead of it being his blood sugar it is his sodium. it was caused by brain surgery to remove a tumor. it is very hard to keep stable. i have to monitor how much he urinates and how much he drinks. he has also lost his quench for thirst. which means, his body doesn't know how much to drink.

WISDOM DISCERNMENT
My son is in his first semester of college having graduated from high school. His professor has written him up on an "Alleged Academic Misconduct Report", accusing him of palgiarism. I have personally looked at his report and the error that he made was due to writing skill. At no time did he copy anything verbatim from the source material. He did use certain phrases in various places but all was in his own words. Gabe (my son) has acknowledged his error and accepts full responsibility for not citing his reference source. In this particular class the professor had not required the citing of references. The professor has recommended the extreme punishment of total failure from his class even though this is Gabes first semester and it is obvious that he did not set out to plagiarize. Gabe has stated he does deserve punishment because it was he that made the error but we both agree that the punishment in the extreme is very harsh. Of the list of sanctions, the least harsh is that of re-accomplishing the assignment in its proper format and/or reduction of a letter grade. Gabe has the strongest amount of integrity and ethics. We are both praying that the professor rescinds his decision. Please pray for the softening of the heart of the philosophy professor. Please pray for the Holy Spirit to overflow in us with wisdom, understanding, and discernment in our meeting with the professor. Please pray the Holy Spirit will touch the heart of the professor and allow him to see the genuiness of Gabriels explanation and thus change the strong sanction his has recommended to a much lesser sanction.
To Be Loved and admired by all
I treat every with the utmost respect at all times. And becaues the acts of it people tends to response back as if it's a sign of weakness. I don't really understand but I am tired of it. Being sung or treated like a monster.

I am in a financial binded because of others act of dislike because of who I am. I feel as though I am instantly single because I am darked, tall and tin. Please pray for me.
my best friend's marriage
I'm requesting prayer on behalf of my best friend who is not yet a believer... but I'm gently working on that. Her husband is filled with anger and has hardened his heart towards her because of a very bad choice she made that she truly regrets and wishes she could take back. But as we know, it can't be taken back or changed. What is done is done. He cannot even look at her right now and she is broken to the core. He refuses to get counseling or try to work on their marriage and she feels hopeless. God can do anything... God can save what seems unsavable. God can heal this marriage and make it stronger... and that is my prayer request. That we could all pray that this marriage between Bill and Vickie would be healed and made stronger. that Bill will begin to soften his heart to her and understand that we all are subject to temptation and that because she is broken, and truly repentive, that the love will return. Father God, I thank you for your devine intervention in our lives... and I thank you for this site that we, as Christians, can unite and pray for the lost as well as the saved. I will be sending my friend, who lives too many miles away from me, a Bible ... for she does not even own one ... along with a book of devotions to hopefully help her when I'm unreachable. All glory, honor and praises to you oh Lord. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray... Amen

depression
i amm having deep problems with depression. it is affecting my enjoying my life which God created. i want to see the beauty again.

that i get over my 17 year depression. ive seen doctors and pryed and asked God. i'm 68 please pray for me. if God is showing me something i am not seeing it. God has blessed me my whole life and i need His and your help.

My son's Marriage
My son and his wife are separated. She has gone to counseling but he refuses to go. Complications are that they are expecting a baby. So I feel they can work things out. What does God want for them?

That my son will see the need for counseling for his marriage. That God will reveal His wisdom in my son's and daughter-in-law's hearts. That their marriage will be restored and the baby will grow up in a two-parent household.
I don't want to be pregnant
I had unprotected sex and believe that I am pregnant. I have a doctor's appointment on Thursday and would like to be told that it was a false alarm.

I am requesting prayers that I am infact not pregnant - that it is a false alarm. I am not married and I do not feel ready to be a mother. Please pray for me.
Son fighting for his children
Arnold's ex had given his young daughter a small bag with marijuana in it and took her to a police station and had her tell the police that she found it at her dad's. She has already told two different stories as to were it was found. She is only 8. His ex is trying to take the children away permentally because my son found happiness and is now married to a good woman who believes in Christ.

For my son to gain full custody of his children and for his ex to be seen as the liar she is. All she wants the children for is the money. She also has told the children that God doesn't exist. Thank you for your prayers. I wish I had more money to offer. Please except my offering. Love in Christ, Teresa
