Today I received a check from the insurance company handling my workers comp claim for reimbursement of mileage for driving to Dr. appts, pharmacy and physical therapy. Came about 3 days early and was more than enough to pay the rent this week.

I wanted to thank you all for all the prayers you have sent up to our savior. My husband was very sick. I took him in to have surgery. Soon afterwards they came back into the room loudly saying we don't operate on people who have nothing wrong. He was healed, praise God!

When I got in from work this evening, I received a letter from IRS: Certificate of Release of Federal Tax Lien. The letter stated that over 10,000 dollars of back taxes has been satisfied. A few months ago I asked to be accepted into a nursing program. thanks be to God, I have been accepted into a program.

I ask for prayers that I will be successful. In order to graduate, I need to pass each class with a 75% or better. That may not seem like much, but nursing can be difficult, but not impossible. I have faith can can do it, just needs some prayers for success

My husband Joe was working on reconcilation with me, when he suddendly halted in November. Last night, at 4 am, I got a phone call from a girl on his phone telling me that they had slept together and that I need to stop calling him and get over myself.

Very difficult living in this neighborhood. Live closeby a church which preaches against those not a member of it now. I am a Christian and practice my Faith and believe in Our Lord, Jesus Christ. We are seniors and cannot afford to move.

I Want To Honor The Lord
I just became a Registered Nurse at 62 yrs old. I had asked The Lord to help me earn this degree. I have a very bad back. My husband passed away 4 months ago from cancer.He was ill with other medical problems for a very long time. He had alcohol problems,smoked cigarettes; life was difficult.Rest his soul. So much has happened these past few years.I was a LPN prior to this, and retired from my job. I promised The Lord that I would honor Him when I earned my RN degree. My home needs major repairs and upgrading to be in condition to sell. I need to find a way to pay for the up-grading. It needs so much work that it's overwhelming to me.I'm embarressed to have people come over. I still have 2 mortgages on it. I have a limited income right now.I feel sad,depressed and weary.As a widow, life is more difficult now. I've taken care of people all of my life;and I'll continue to do this as long as The Lord wants me to.

Please pray for The Lord to guide me to the job He wants for me. I praise and honor Him for this job. I would appreciate prayers for repairing and up-grading my home. Please send Christians friends into my life. If it's God's will,in the proper time,it would be nice to have a Christian husband. The Lord knows what my needs are and who He wants for me. All at once
I am a widow, lost my husband of 28 years to suicide a few years ago. I have not been able to work as I did before I took time to help him through his issues before-then myself after he died. Since I had small jobs, one I was so happy at from which I was laid off, I must add wrongly. But was so defeated then another awful one that lead to starting my Social Security to survive. Lost my car but managed now I have a little car after almost 2 years of having to practicully beg for rides to take care of errands (was not city transportation). My health and finances now are killing my spirit.

I have a disk in my lower back pressing on my spinal cord and both sciatic nerves, for almost 2 years cataracs and now glaucoma. God blessed me with an eye Dr that did surgery on one eye for about the cost of the lense but the other will be more that I can even borrow. My house: had applied for modification and was on trial- made all payments but after almost a year I was told I did not have enough income so not qualified I found a way to raise that enough but even before that they tole me I could reapply and despite calling in and doing all the repeats etc now they want all the 2 payments I missed to start (hurrican Ike) plus the rest of the time I was on modified payments plus late and attorney costs now nearly 9,000. I don't have. My house will sell Oct 5 if I don't come up with the money or get approved for modification. I'm so exhausted I can barely do the paper work AGAIN. I am only 63 and have other ills but the home (my pets, I cannot get an apartment with them and can't see leaving them) is my major need. Please pray for and with me I don't want to give up, I have faith but at times it seems it is getting too weak. God Bless you all, you have been a comfort so many times. Thank you I hope to see God's answer very soon, if so my income will also provide seed, without question, as my daughter began to move in with me to share expenses and support one another to do better. I give more than I should but I don't give at all if grudgingly. It is all I can at this moment. Next month will be much better, I am sure, thanks to God and your prayers.

Full custody of my children
I am seeking to have full custody of my two children. Their father has psychosexual issues that are resurfacing and I don't want my children to be expose to his behaviors. My ex-husband is a prominent doctor and has many resources and money to present a good case.

My prayer request is for the judge to see through all the deceit and grant me full custody of my kids. I will have a decision at the end of Septemeber (24th), 2010. Please pray that my children will resume a normal childhood and that they get closer to God everyday.

Caring for disabled, 84 yr. old elderly mother in home who is most ungrateful, critical, non-cooperative in most every area where I'm trying to help her. Refuses medical treatment. I have absolutely no hlep from family members (once only) since she's been living with me. Diagnosed with Leukemia myself (doing excellent...praise GOD). Years of unhappiness in marriage, need to dissolve marriage and relocate. I already know this is GOD'S will, husband refuses to submit to change. Need to move on in life, but need clear & divine direction, don't want move ahead of GOD!

To seed prayer into other people's life so that I can reap a harvest for my needs. There are so many other hurting people amongst family, friends, loved ones in my life & the lives of others. Quit a 49 yr. addiction to cigarettes
I began smoking when I was 14 to be accepted by an older girl. I now realize the Lord has accepted me and my church and some of my family and friends.

Please pray for a miracle for Judy Peters. A child of the most high God. I have tried to and wanted to quit for the holy spirit's temple and my health. This addiction is manifesting in my body now with varicose veins and I am having trouble breathing. Satan is trying to destroy me.

Abortion
My girlfriend Erin is pregnant, and 33 years of age. I have already prayed for forgiveness, numerous times, as we are not married. Last November she was really sick and recovered from Cancer, as well as having a Kidney removed. She is not sure if her body can handle a pregnancy right now, and also feels that the timing is not right. She wants to do it the right way. I don't see how 2 wrongs would make a right. I believe she was pregnant since August 4th, which puts her at about 6 or 7 weeks. I really want the baby, and couldn't even fathom a abortion. This is pushing us apart, since she is really confused and SERIOUSLY considering a abortion right now. She is going through a lot of pain right now, as well as a lot of stress due to this situation. We are going to talk about it in a couple of days, when we can see each other in person; since she is from another state. I want to fully support her decision, but at the same time am totally against abortion. I have been praying daily for healing of her body, as well as her frame of mind.

I know it is all in God's hands, but I cannot imagine he would condone the killing of innocent life. Please help me in my prayers towards healing of her body, as well as helping her make the right choice. Thank you !!!
Marriage Restoration
My husband has backslidden and is in bondage to an adulterous relationship... he has become so distant from our marriage. However he does come to see our kids, but he's even spending less time with them. He constantly lies to hide what he is doing and to avoid coming over.

I pray that God would deliver him from sin and that he would have a godly sorrow that leads him to repentance. I pray that the OW will lose interest in him and move on. God please heal us from the pain and sufferring that we've endured over the last two months. Open my husband's eyes that he may see clearly to return to you and to his family. Prayer request for my nephew Andre
My nephew is in a prisonin Florida. He is only 22 years of age and this is the first time he has been in this kind of trouble. He was only 20 years of age when he got caught up in something he should not have been doing but being so far away from home and family and to no one guide him he got into trouble.

Please pray for him that Jesus will be with him in prison and that no evil will befall him and that he will surrender his life to Jesus and serve him all his days. Also that we can find away to get him back home again before he has to do all that time in prison. He was sentenced to 10 years but he has already done two, Thank you. God Bless

I urgently need a new car.
I urgently need a car to travel to work and my credit has blemishes. The place of employment is many miles from where I live with my Mother. I lost my home where I resided for 20 years and not wanting to return back home, I finally decieded to ask my mother if I could stay with her. She agreed and stated that the apartment needed much work (a whole in the ceiling and the floor) but that I could remodel it and live there, which is what I am in the process of doing. She also informed me that my rent would be 300.00 so that I could get on my feet. I struggle with her to get things done because she will not let me do the things that I want to do to improve the apartment without her approval. She stated that the roof that was leaking was fixed. I had that ceiling repaired and found out that there is still a leak to be repaired on the roof. She has stated from the beginning that she does not have any money. I have six other siblings who could contribute funds to repair the roof for our mother but no one has. I am now looking at getting the roof repaired and praying when it rains that the ceiling does not fall, again.

Please pray for favor and divine intervention for me to find the best car for me. Pray for my finances and my protection, because there are many around me who know I am struggling, and they could help but have not. Instead, free advice or criticism, and passive agression is all they have offered to me. An associate offered to help me only if it will be to her benefit. She remarked, "you have been through so much, it is a wonder that you have not lost your mind!" I said "God is my keeper". " I have weathered many blows and the pain has been so great..... Yet,I am yet still standing by faith and believing in God's wonderful plan for my life". That is really the only thing that I have, to hold on to. Peace and Restoration
My daughter-in-law seems to think that our neighbors won't allow their granddaughter to play with my granddaughter and that the oldest girls in the family do not like my older granddaughter for some reason. I have been diagnosed with kidney stones and I desire prayer for all of the above and for the restoration of my sister and her sons' relationship.

I have been in college for a few years now trying to pursue a career in nursing. I did all my prereqs and happy as I was I was told now that it is impossible for me to get in the program because of my grade point average! They want me out and are making it hard in order for me to raise my gpa and tell me to look into another career! I really wish to do this and nobody understands. I am afraid after about 6 years of sacrifice I will have to throw all I did in the trash!

My bipolar son stopped taking meds two years ago.hes 19 with a 9thgrade education and making life so diffucult for family. I lost my job and a month later found out I have stage 3 colon cancer. Paying for treatments without the extra money has forced us to do chapter 13 bankruptcy and I'm so sick and tired I just want to give up. Last week my motherin law who we dearly loved died.

Pray that God hasn't given up on us as I feel we have him and that he may show some kind of mercy. Thank you

Lost my job...I'm 55 years old. I have been unemployed for 15 months. I finally had 2 job offers in one day. One here in the town where I live and another, as a consultant, 67 miles away. The one 67 miles from my home was twice the pay. I took it! Both for the same organization, just a different location. About the 3rd week I realized how difficult it was to make this drive and 2 and 1/2 hours a day MORE out of my life. While at the office one day I emailed the director who had offered me the position in my home town and inquired if the postion was still available. She was a friend of the family and I guess I trusted her. She contacted my boss in Indianpolis and I was let go from this great paying position 67 miles away from my home and NOW will not have the option to take the position here in my home town! I AM DEVESTATED....How could I be soooo stupid!!

I KNOW THAT I KNOW THAT I KNOW that God has ALWAYS HAD HIS HAND ON ME!! My unemployment is running out...Satan get behind me...I can do all things through Christ who strenghtens me. My sin caused a division in our family 2 years ago, created a huge wedge inside our family. Sin has been repented of and the hard work of emtional recovery as taken place in my life. my husband was diagnosed 5/12/08 as, bi-polar, previously for 30 yrs., has battled anxiety for years covering it up with alcohol. (with prior DUI's), so while been tried on different medications for the bi-polar, 6/5/08, he was driving home from work and got picked up for another DUI, with the county sheriff, stating he was being arrested for driving under of the influence of prescription medications, cause he has only drank an 1/2 can of beer. It has been 2 yrs. & 3 months to day, he is still incarcerated? Since his incarceration, we have lost our home,to foreclosure, gave away most of furniture and other personal things, because of a stroke I had this past December 2009, complications arose, to where I am not able to return to my field of employment after 40 years. I have been through therapy, still having more tests run, Thank God, nothing found on the tests that's ran already, still have 3 more tests to go through this month. I lived with his family and there was physical,verbal and mental abuse toward me, and had to move from there. I now live in an apartment upstairs and have difficulty climbing the stairs up & down. I finally received disability, but ready to loose my vehicle, from non-payment, of not being able to pay. I get two teenage girls off to school for a friend and stay there to get me out of the home daily, because I become very depressed. I take allot of medications, in which I can't pay for, I seek out help for this. My husband is not trusting me, because of past marriage. He holds it against me mentally reminds me of this when things don't go his way. His mother is very much interfering into our relationship, and has no disgrace of lying on me to make sure her son turns against me. He is so mentally attached to his mother, I have no problem with this, except, I feel like a mistress and his mother his wife that controls his mind and who he is with.

Husband's Health and Losing our home
My husband was hospitalized twice in August for a really bad leg infection and he almost had a heart attack from taking too many prescription pills that doctors had given him. He's home now recovering, but really needs your prayers,because he was diagnosed with diabetes 2 and congestive heart failure.He is having a real hard time trying to deal with this and he get really depressed. PLEASE PRAY FOR HIS HEALTH TO GET BETTER AND TO HAVE MORE FAITH IN OUR LORD. I KNOW IF HE WOULD HAVE MORE FAITH IN JESUS HE WOULDN'T GET SO DEPRESSED. Also, we need prayer that we don't lose our home. We have been fighting to save our home, since 2009. Restore Two Families
My wife had an affair with a man who uses her for sex, money, and control. It has resulted two broken families. The man (Greg) is an alcoholic and a drug user. My wife has tried to come back several times but keeps going back to him, and I have noticed she now has phsycological problems, an addiction, and has no faith in God whatsoever. My wife turned away from God when her mother died from cancer. The man is trying to reconcile with his wife, but will not relinquish control of mine. He is bi-polar, addicted to alcohol and drugs, and claims to be a Christian. When he's broke, he turns to God. When he has money, he turns away.

Please pray that Greg go to Alcoholics Anonymous, and stay on his proper medications. Pray that God will convict him of his sins of the flesh, and that he will release my wife permanently. Pray for mental and emotional healing, maturity, and strength for my wife, and that our family may be restored and whole again. Pray that each go through a process of deep repentance and find the true nature of God. And pray for my own protection from the violent nature of this other man, and for peace to all as the current situation develops.

Please Help 20 stranded Rscue horses!!!
We own and operate a non profit horse and dog rescue and take starving and abandoned animals and provide medical, food, and shelter for them on a long term basis. We have 20 horses stranded at our facility which is closing, and need to move them and their pens and corrals to Oklahoma where they will have eveything they need to be happy and healthy on a permanent basis. We need $3485. to move the horses safely at the movers cost.

My friend Alex was hit by a train onn the 12th of this month. He is still alive. He is in critical condition. The Lord brought us together
I met the love of my life in the last April. We spent 3 of the most wonderful months of my life together. Now it is back to reality...and work and we are separated by many miles.

That God will heal both of us and prepare us to be together for ever. He went through a divorce 4 years ago and so did I. I know that part of what is holding us apart is the unhealed parts of our hearts that are freightened to trust love again....to open up....to relocate, to risk, to be vulnerable.... I pray that God will remove all blocks and bondage and fear. I pray that God will make the way smooth. I pray that God will speak to his heart and mine. I pray that God will guide us and direct us. Tired of struggling
Hi. Let me first say that I think this is a wonderful thing you all are doing. It's very comforting, knowing that people are praying for you. I certainly dont feel worthy of anyones prayer. I'm just so tired of struggling. I dont want to sound ungrateful for what I do have but I'm just so tired of it. Its exhausting. It just seems its one thing after another. We never have enough money to pay our bills. My car payment is two months behind. My step daughter wrecked her car and at the time we didnt have insurance- so that's a huge bill. I'm just not sure how much more I can take. My husband and I dont talk about bills anymore. We just argue about them.

Please pray for us to get back on our feet financial.
Home is up for sale in October
My husband can not work anymore because he has congestive heart failure and recently was diagnosed with diabetes 2. We have been fighting for our home since 2008.And I know it has been through the grace of GOD that we are still living here.We have done everything in our power to cooperate with our mortgage company. What happened was when the mortgage company asked for the fourth or fifth time to send proof of income, I completely forgot about it, because that is when my husband fell really ill and had to be hospitalized.My only concern at the time was praying for my husband to get better. He is still recovering and he really needs my care.

Pastor and family lost home and wife needs a job
our wonderful anointed pastor and his wife had to short sell their house and realtor from church found a place that would house pastor, his wife, daughter,son(who is Director of Youth) his wife and two children. both son and daughter and daughter-in-law are in school full timthey also need finacial help there. child care for two young ones is needed

Please pray for health issues for pastor and his son to get medicine they need. to give a calm and peace to all of them that God provides and protects. Comfort all of them - very emotional and scary time - but they are loved by the entire church and we are all doing what we can to help. I believe your prayers will help and move mountains!! My Son
I moved out of state. My son chose to stay and trying to make it on his own. He does not have a job or a stable place to live, but he tells me he will be okay.

I pray my son faith increases that he knows GOD in every way. I pray that he finds and job and a permanent place to live.
My Daughter
My daughter has a problem telling the truth. She lies continuously about everything. She is seeing a boy who I know has been in plenty of trouble and does drugs.

Pray for my daughter to see what she is doing and to see that this boy is only going to bring her down even more. She was raised in church and is a christian but has choosen the wrong path. She has a good job making good money but two days after she receives her check she don't have any money, she gives it to him.
Unfaire firing
My brother in law was with the Coca Cola company for 20 yrs. a dedicated employee. His health took a turn and he has kidney disease. The medication has an adverse effect and caused him to have an outburst at his job. They immediately suspended him then fired him. This has caused financial problems with in their family. Litigation with Coke begins at on Tuesday September 28, 2010.

Please pray that the Steve Klein family receives a large sum of money from Coca Cola for dealing with Steve unfairly. Also, please pray for their entire family to heal and find peace and harmony again. Especially Steve who has the kindney disease. Thank you.
Marriage in troube
My husband dad bought him a work truck to start his own business,over the weekend i got a little crazy and scared.The last time my husband had his own business it was his life and he never had time for us. Are marriage has been good, but now he is saying if i can't support him he is leaving me.

Please pray that our family will receive the providence we need to make it through these difficult times and the wisdom. And that my husband can be a Godly husband like he use to be and put God first then his wife. And know how to balance work and his family and to not tell white lies. Please bring my whole family back together and pull together. We need Jesus to show us the road to follow. Please pray that my husband will stay and work the marriage out.

Son is losing his home.
Our son's home is being foreclosed on. His name is Bill towery. His mortgage note has been sold and shuffled around to so many different mortgage companies that he couldn't even keep up with them. He often sent a payment to the last one only to learn his mortgage was no longer there. Then he would ask them to forward that payment but the new company considered it a late payment and penalized him for that or just a partial payment because the payment had gone up. Our son has also had his work hours cut back considerably making this all even worse. It is a terribly sad situation. I am heartbroken for him.

We want so for him to be able to keep his home but we want what is right in God's will to be donefor him and his family, of course. We are fighting the foreclosure but our only hope is in Christ. -- In our effort to help our son I can't afford to send much but will plant a seed of $15.00. Thank you so very much.

A young man went missing this past weekend. He is a young college student. He has not been seen since early sunday morning.

My prayer request is his safe return to his family. I pray for the police and that they may find him. Please pray for his mother, and for the strength and faith to see her through this.
life,death and living
I am dealing with my husbands recent suicide. The emotions I feel are bewildering but even though "my home" was ripped in half I am rebuilding on my "firm foundation". IN the meantime my pregnant daughter and disabled son in law have moved in with me. She is a high risk pregnancy due in Nov. She has seen a heart specialist for the baby 3 times and now has problems with dehyfration and gestational diiabeties and has not been able to work. My income doesn't even cover my mortgage God has provided so far but we NEED Gods' provisions and the insurance decision to be overturned and the policy to be paid so we can keep our home for this "new" family Also my councelor is not a Chrsitian and I am praying my testimony of faith will lead her to the Lord. If you could pray about these issues and lift us in prayer I would certainly appreciate it. <><

PLease pray for the salvation of my councelor Lori and Eric. Also pray for the heath and safety of my daughter and her baby. Pray that I will find a man who loves and treats me the way God wants him to. Pray I will get over the grief, shock loss and abuse I endured from my late husband. Need for Guidance from the Lord
Our son has cerebral palsy so I have to spend a lot of time providing care for him. It is a delight to be with him, but it has caused me to leave my job about three years ago.

I need to find a way to keep on caring for our son and also earn an income for our family. I am seeking the Lord to show me what He wants me to do.
history of alcohol problem
my son is a Christian but is currently not involved in church. He is having personal problems which he has difficulty handling. Emotionally and mentally he is not strong and has had an alcohol problem in the past.

Please pray for him to deal with his problems without resorting to alcohol or drugs. He has two young children who need a good father. Pray my medicine helps my anxiety and sickness so that I can try to find a job.

Please pray that the medicine helps me so i can feel normal and do my chores. Pray that it takes away my nausea and helps me to be able to eat. My anxiety is very bad.
