Health Prayer Requests for May 2010

In pain with my back & Perimenopause (imbalance hormones)
My husband and I lost our son (Firefigher in NY) on 9-11. Since then we have drawned closer to God and Jesus. My health underwent shock and caused me to lose my hair & go into perimenapause (hot flashes/underable to sleep at night/etc...). I have been trying my best to have a closer walk with God and Jesus by seeking his face, thru reading the bible each day, during the the course of my AM & PM. Whenever I am I try to focus on GOD's word and all his wonderful blessing. Thanks be to Jesus and we have found peace thru our horrific times. But, I have find that the closer we get to God, there comes times of difficulty but God and Jesus always helps us thru them. I am trying not to let problems deter our walk & focus with God and Jesus. I know there are time when in life we encounter obstacles during our walk with Christ. I continue to praise him nevertheless. But lately my female perimenopause imbalances has been effecting my quality of life: disrupted sleep, heat flashes, hair not growing, snapping at my husband. To compound the situation my back went out. I am in acute pain, I am taking pain pills, and its been several days, with no relief yet. I been bed ridden trying to get better - still reading my bible, praying, and seeking Our Heavenly Father. Please pray for me that God heals me promptly with restoration in all areas of our life. Thank you ever so much. I really have no family here in Florida to whom to reach out and pray with.

Could you please pray that the acute pain in my back be healed, my hormonal imbalance stablizing once and for all, and my hair grow full and strong again. I will seeing my doctor Tuesday seeking help for my acute back pain, lifeless hair, & hormonal imbalances. Please Pray that God give provide the doctor divine wisdom & Knowledge to heal me and provide me with the correct RX (herbs)to heal me. I was diagnosed with herpes last year and although I'm not stressed or down about and do not exibit symptoms of the virus, I know that God didn't create a body that couldnt be healed/cured! This virus should not be in me and I know that I will be healed!

I want to be a mom
I want to be a mom . I will be 40 years old in September this year. I 've been married for 6 years . My husband and I have fertility problems. I had one failed IVF which was so expensive and it did not work and it was so painful and frustrating. My only way to be a mom which is also not garaunteed is by Egg donor which I disagree to do . I cann't even afford paying for any more fertility treatments anyway. My financial situation will not allow me to do it one more time. I feel that I am stuck and that I am in a junction now in my life and I do not know what path to take . I am scared and full of fear that I won't be a mom ever or my husband won't be a dad ever . we are very dedicated christians. We love the Lord and we always try to do according to His will.

I always pray to the Lord to give me patience and to strengthens my faith so that I do not loose hope every month when I find out that I am not pregnant. I believe in the power of prayer when God's people unite together in the name of Jesus to pray for a brother or a sister in Christ who needs a healing prayer. Please pray for me and my husband George . So that God can open my womb like He did in the Bible to lot of the Hebrew women who were old or infertile. We want to be good christian parents who have a baby from our own flesh and blood. I cry almost every day in prayer when I raise my head to Heaven and ask God to have mercy on me and listen to my prayers or at least to show me the way or the plan that He has for me. Please pray for me so that I can be a good christian mom. Father of a friend had a stroke
My friend's father recently had a stroke while driving a car. Luckily, a passenger realized what was happening and took control of the wheel. However, this is his second stroke and more severe than the first. I don't know his relationship with Our Lord, but perhaps God could use this affliction to show him and others the wonderful power of His love.

Please pray for complete healing and patience in recovery. The disabilities sustained from a stroke can be very frustrating. Let us pray for God's mercy and speed as He touches this man physically,emotionally,mentally and spiritually.

Phoebe is a minature dacshund. She is years old. She hurt her back possibly jumping. The vet is watching her for the next 12 to 24 hours to see if there is a possability that her back will heal. If not we have to make a decision to get surgery for her st a cost of $3000 to $5000. tHE VET SAYS THERE IS A CHANCE THAT SHE CAN HEAL WITHOUT THE SURGERY with a lot of rest. My husband says it is tooo much money. She is the sweetest dog. I love her like she is my child.

Pray for Phoebe: She is a very special and loving dog. Pray for my husband: that if we have to make that decision, that he thinks very long and hard. Pray for me: I don't know if I can handle all this.

Safe / Sane Alcohol detox
I am currently detoxing from a destructive drinking binge. I’ve been through this process before and it can be incredibly frightening. The last time I did this I was hearing voices and hallucinating. I wasn’t in any type of rehab facility, I detoxed myself. I recovered after about 4 days. I am feeling a lot of shame & guilt that I am continuing to do this to myself. I know this is my fault. I am completely to blame.

Pancreatic surgery on Monday, May 10, 2010
Our friend has been fighting pancreatic cancer for several months. The tumor is wrapped around her aorta. Fifteen out of 30 Duke University surgeons felt the surgery could be successful; the others were not sure enough to recommend it.

Please pray for Mary Baily....especially early in the morning of 5/10/10 as she will be the first to undergo surgery at Duke University (NC). Please pray for the surgeons and all the people involved in this very delicate operation. Mary is a wonderful person who overcame ovarian cancer just a few years ago. Health Severely Failing (Need Prayer)
Neck Arthritis, Head Pain (Arthritis)

I have a medical condition that has affected my neck region and is moving into my head. It's Arthritis. I have been to doctor's who have only given me anti-inflammatory's or pain medicatons. This situation has been going on for nearly a year. Since medical science has failed me I turn to Jesus with prayer. I submit my request humbly. I don't do any of the things I once did. Please pray for me that I am healed completely. The Arthritis has moved up into my head region. Thank you to all who pray for me. I also pray that I get my life back and am able to do the things I did. I was once a vibrant person, who exercised, went out and tried to enjoy life, until this occurred. I want to go to Raw Chef Training in my hometown and to visit home again and with this condition I am too depressed and in pain to do anything. healing for Earl
My husband Earl has been in a continuous battle with cancer for several years, beginning in the kidney, then lungs. The most recent report was matastisis to the brain. He finished total brain radiation about a month ago. He is currently extremely weak, mostly confined to the bed. We are standing on God's word and declaring his healing to be manifest.

Please join with us for the Lord to give Earl the spirit of revelation (Eph. 1:17, 18) that he is already healed. He is a scientist, which has made walking by faith a challenge. I cannot send an offering at this time.

Exremely ill child
My 2 year old granddaughter, Angelina, had her second open heart surgery this past Tues. The doctors needed to put her on life support machines because her heart wasn't strong enough to sustain life on its own. She is still on life support.

Please pray that God will send his healing power, graces, and peace so that she may live and be whole again. Her mother, father, and sister are having a very hard time dealing with this and are distraught, as am I, her grandmother. She is a special and sweet little child. Please ask God to save her earthly life so she can have the opportunity to grow up into an adult. Please pray that her heart gets stronger and she can come off those machines. My Son
Please pray for our son, Rich, Jr. He needs a live kidney donor. He has been dealing with kidney disease since 1997. After going on dialysis, he had to wait nearly 5 years for a transplant. Family and friends were tested, but none were suitable. In 2005 he had the transplant and did well for one year. He has married and now has a 10 month old son. He has been in rejection and his health continues to decline. On 3/26/10, the cardiologist was emphatic about the need for a live donor. Currently the average waiting time is around 6 years. Dialysis keeps you alive but not healthy. More people die waiting for a transplant than those who actually have one. Our concern is, if he has to wait that long he may not be healthy enough to have a transplant.

That a live donor will be found, and that surgery for both the donor and Rich will be successful.

She has a tumor which was removed from her brain. It is milignant. She has 5-30 months to live as things are. She is 55 yrs. old a loving mother,wife and humanitarian. He saves animals from abuse and death and has always been a loving Christian woman.

Please pray that God will heal the tumor or remove whatever is left of it. May he give her the peace and guidance in his love to know that he is with her and her family during this difficult time. Her radiation start next week and in 9 weeks a repeated MRI will be done. May God heal this and give her more time with her loved ones.

my oldest son is autistic and about 2 years ago he has been having seizures and doctors can't find exactly what causes his frequent seizures. undiagnosed pain in right side
I have had an undiagnosed pain in my right side for 4 years but without health insurance was unable to run tests my doctor felt were necessary. I believe that I have been healed but the manifestation has not been realized yet.

Audreys surgery
My mom Audrey is having surgery on the 26th of May--she has cancer in the bladder area and she is afraid that she will have to have a colostomy bag. She is also depressed about the whole thing. Surgery is at 8:00 Chicago time.

Mom and Dad
Terri and Joe Dominick. Both in critical health. Dad suffering first open heart surgery which caused a stroke, then sever dementia or alzheimer's. Thought Mom could care for him but she was immediately diagnosed with lung cancer and is in intense treatment; chemo and radiation.

Pray for Dad to find some peace in the home he is in. He says we put him in prison. And please pray for Mom to find strength and to pull thru this. Prayer Request for Sudden SensoriNueral Hearing loss and blindness
I have sudden sensorinueral hearing loss which is quite debilitating. I have all kinds of tinnitus noise and hearing loss in my left ear which is quite debilitating and traumatic. I also have a family member named Terry who is completely blind and I feel so sorry for her.

I would like to make a prayer request that people of this site please pray to our Lord Jesus that he completely heals me of this horrible hearing loss affliction. I have suffered 4 years with bad tinnitus, and now the hearing loss makes it worse. I would also like to request for my family member, Terry Paulo that her sight be restored by the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, as she has been completely blind for nearly 9 years and suffers terribly and only has her husband to care for her. A restoration of her sight would be a wonderful MIRACLE for her, and a restoration of my hearing would be a WONDERFUL MIRACLE for me. Compressed disc L3 with bone cancer in spine & hips
Diagnosed in 2008 with osteoarthritis. Fell coming from attic Dec 2008. Confined to wheel chair following surgiers on rt leg until March 18, 2009. This year after more pain diagnosed with compressed fx in L 3 disc with cancer in spine and hip. Surg for disc would be VERY involved from front & back. Radiation/Chemo can not heal bone cancer. Have started some natural substances that have cured some cancers in some people. This CA is metastis of breast cancer from 1996. Considered Stage 4.

Requesting the Father heal me according to His promises in the scripture. He is no respecter of persons. He healed me before and has healed others. I accepted His call to be volunteer missionary with meridzo center ministries in Lynch, KY to help coordinate details of conferences on living by faith. My desire is to fulfill His plan for my life and to be a testimony to Him. Also my mother has some dementia and only 1/3 of her heart functioning. Requires 24/7 care. I live with her as primary care giver with outside help during the week. Request she be alert and strong while she is still with us. She is 88. Thank you for praying.

My mother in law recent visited her doctor and it was discovered during an examination that she had a lump on her right breast. She is to undergo a biopsy on Tuesday June 1, 2010.

Hemi facial spasm
Ihave this condition on the right side of my face which causes my face to twitch uncontrollably and my eye to constantly blink or close completely. I went to a doctor and nothing has happened to stop it. I was told by a doctor that the nerve and the arteries in my head are touching one another which causes the twitching. I've had this for about 8 years now.

Please pray for me that the Hemi Facial Spasm stops-forever. Thank you and may God bless you. Also pray for me finacially I am so far behind in my bills that I don't see how I'm gonna pay them. I have more bills than I have money. I'm living alone and there is no one to help me. My children promised to help me, my daughter was at one time but she suddenly stopped. My grandmother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer two days ago. Unfortunately, the tumor is large and in the body of the pancreas which makes surgery options slim to none. My grandmother raised my twin sister and I after we were rescued from an abusive home. She has selflessly devoted her life to helping others as a special education teacher for over 30 years. I consider her my mother which makes the situation even more devastating. She is a godly woman, so I know He will give her strenth.

I pray that she will be comfortable in her final days and without suffering. I pray that if there are any surgical options that she be able to receive them. I pray that my family and I will have strength and courage to help her through this difficult time.

Sister Betty Kelley diagnosed with stage 4 breast, lung and bone cancer but bone cancer has disappeared.

Special prayer for new granddaughter Alivia Dickens
Alivia our 4 day old new granddaughter had some challenges with her digestive system and had to be transported by ambulence to Macon GA on Friday night. Jeremy the dad got to ride in the ambulance and Charlotte and I left and followed them... Drs have been running tests but still not sure the direction of treatment that will be followed...Should know something by Tuesday...Thanks to everyone who has been praying for us... Autumn had to stay in Tifton and has not seen Alivia since Friday night...Please continue to pray for her, Alivia, Jeremy, Charlotte and the rest of the family
