Prayer Request: Healing,recovery,passing of final pt test, grad on time from training, keep spirits/faith lifted.

Son,Arron,at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. Concert on base, was told to help break down, amp and 3 men fell on right knee and leg. been on restricted duty since Sept 4th. Tearing his mcl in his knee. Finally, able to be on run/walk program to train for final makeup physical fitness(pt)test on Thursday. Needs to pass this in order to grad on time next week the 28th. Drill Sgts have been thinking he's faking this injury and making him do things his therapist told him,(that if he didn't follow their (therapists) orders he risks permanently injuring his knee/leg). He's being told to do what he's not allowed to do. Now, with graduation next week, he has to pass this last test in order to graduate or he has to stay longer until he does pass this test. He's depressed. He says that he's trying to keep his faith in place but it's becoming real hard and doesn't see the point anymore. I keep praying here at home because that's all I can do. I wish for his dreams to be able to be fulfilled. He's finishing Military Police school, or trying to finish. His drill sgt think that he's the laziest person in the platoon. And he's not! He's the most outgoing, the person that anybody can count on to get things done and done right! If nobody is willing to step up to the plate to do something, he's stepping up to do it. He's always pushing his co-soldiers to move in his unit here at home, he's up for promotion once he gets back, because his file is exemplary and not one bad word said about him. He's chosen to go into military because he "doesn't want to watch selling or sacrifice what little you have just to let me have my education....". How many 17 yr old thinks of parents struggling to send you to college? How many do u see that wants to take that burden off of parents shoulders to make it easier? The least I can do is to flood him with prayers and to pray Psalm 91 for him for his selflessness acts. I have turned him over to Father God, HE does a better job than I can ever do and keep him out of harms way. I cannot do anything because being far away except flood him with prayers. We are trying to get my husbands brother to go along. He's got A.L.S. and stuck at home. His arms and hands don't work anymore. He's trying to arrange for someone to watch his two kids before they go to school and when they come home. Husband really wants for him to be able to go, because Vince really wants to go. Arron is really excited that Uncle Vince wants to go see him graduate. Would be very proud if he sees him in the audience watching him.

For knee, leg to be healthy and healed enough to be able withstand the grueling final pt test and for him to pass this test. Give him the strength it takes to get ready for this,and to pass the test. I also pray, for his faith in Father God to be restored and prove to him that there are miracles, He's so depressed that it scares me. I've never seen him this dejected before. He's always wanted to be in the military, and now that he's in and struggling just to be able to succeed a little bit, he's depressed. There's nothing else out there for him that he wants to do. You cannot be a police officer after your tour of duty with a permanently injured knee/leg. He has a plan of what he wants to do with his life, and is at a loss if he cannot follow through. He's always a positive and outgoing person. He doesn't want to be held over to have to stay longer, he wants to graduate on time. Even tho we are struggling as well, I have saved money for hotel, husband, Steve, has been out of work for 2 yrs now, we've filed for disability for him we've been just holding our own. Our son has been watching our situation and gets angry when we can't get the breaks we need to keep roofs over our heads comfortably. I keep telling him that I am more concerned with him and his sister, and I am happy with what I have, not with what I want or could have. Material things are not important. What's important is the kids faith, and well being, Father God will come through when needed, I strongly believe in the "Footprints" prayer and saying. I have leaned on Father God for long time. I just need stepping stones to get along. I need extra prayer power for my son right now. Please. This could be classified as well being, health, and faith all at the same time. This also could be classified as both very important and extremely important. So, I clicked Extremely important because the test is this Thursday, and Graduation is next week the 28th. Oh. One more request. Please. This is for Arron's uncle. Husband's brother to be able to find someone to watch the children before and after school. Also, the Doctor to give permission to go, Vince really wants to go. His motto has become.."he's living a dream". because as you know this disease is very cruel, and fatal. it has a 5 yr fatality rate. this is his 2nd yr since diagnosis. I guess grant a dying man a request. Oh, my this has turned into multiple requests. But, it all ties into one. If I had the extra money I would donate along with my request. If this prohibits the prayers needed, then I understand and it's okay. I just wanted to voice the prayers out loud in hopes some miracles would happen. God Bless you all!!!
