Prayer Request: Looking for another job.

I am currently employed at Mcdonalds. I've been working there for almost three years now. I am a hard woking person just as few of my co-workers. My managers had been very sweet and friendly to me since the first day I got hired. I am thankful that I had this job since it was hard for me to find one before when I had to work and help my parents. Looking for job is not that easy for me especially if you may have slighty to dress differently than most. I had tresure my job and I as much as stressful it could be, I am still blessed in anyway regardless of mean costumers. Until then, I've worked with new and old employees and some were just a little too hard to work with because they act bossy. I've heard enough of my manager's "kind" words to me which flattering, I am the only employee that is left out and never been placed my name as the crew of the month within the years I had worked. I am can honestly say that I am not just working in costumer service but I had taken my job as if my house. I did care a lot of things. I never care much of not seeing my name on that wonderful bulletin. Until then new employees had been placed their names on that wall. That kind of small issue did not bother me until, I am fully surprised that my manager promoted my co-workers who only works a year and quite frankly they are not a people person. They are loud, bossy, and irresponsible in my own obeservation. My co-woker, Sabrina, who I had worked with her and a nice person never been promoted. I've heard things from others that are not appropriate. The same thing as the guy who is new at my work was being judge with this new promoted managers. I felt uneasy and in my case I've been asked a lot of demands now to my "sweet" manager and other shift managers who had been close to me but now. I am expressive at work and they tend to think I need help, if that makes sense. I felt that ppl like me, are being underestimated and these ppl are just plain obnoxious and disrepectful. I had been looking for jobs last month and got an interview but never recieved it. I had feeling few symptoms of depression and I dont know how or why I got it. My job reqires a lot of pressure and put me in stress apart from the attitude I had to deal with the new crew. I needed a job because I have to help my parents to pay our rent and other finances.

I want to have a job where I can stay for long, put my dedication, who respect me as an individual regardless of how I may look a little different or my gender. Please help me to pray for my request and so that this might help me to overcome my depression as well. I only commute with a bus and I hope that I will have no problem about my transportation. Thank you Lord God.
