We thought when he went from a straight temp. job to this temp.to perm things would be better - he hasn't even worked a full 2 weeks yet - started on a Tues. and had Thanksgiving off and day after and prior to that his co-worker-training him was ugly to him more than once and was getting aggitated w/him for asking questions as though he is bothering the man, very inpatient, and runs through explanations so quickly that my husband has struggled to follow anything - chewed him out last week for not having gotten some data entry done "quicker" when it was only his second time and then got chewed out again today in front of the whole office by the Vice President of the company who was questioning him as to why he didn't have some other data entry already done. I suggested to my husband that maybe it is all God's way of motivating him to apply/look at somewhere else that he is suppose to see or be right now - at the same time, he doens't know how much/more he can put up with.
Please pray for him to find a permanent position or if he stays that he is not continued to be embarrassed/abused by the co-worker/trainer/owner, etc. We need a miricle/burning bush - he left a permanent position this time last year after 4 yrs., left on faith because supervisor had written him up for things he didn't have any control over - after he left they tried to fire his co-worker who was squeekly clean and fought them and eventually they re-structured him out of a job. So, point was it seemed better to leave than get fired. Please pray for something to come through, etc.
